Service has declined terribly. Booked them today, the people they sent were late, saying they couldn't find us on waze (clearly a lie, our address is easy to find and we've never had an issue like that with any other service in the past). The cleaners they sent were rather lazy - they did an awful job cleaning the dishes, and everything was still oily and dirty, so we had to rewash all the dishes ourselves afterwards. They also didn't bother cleaning the sink after doing the dishes, leaving food waste just sitting in the sink and drain. They gathered the garbage, put it in a big trash bag, then just left it at the side of our house and didn't even tie up the bag. Shocking to spend such a big amount (3600) for such bad service. Complained to them about their bad cleaners, and customer service replied with "Sorry to hear about your experience, yes po we can make a note here sa convo para pag ng book po tayo makita agad ng team" - wtf kind of solution is that? Very unprofessional and low quality service. Unresponsive customer service (has a lot of marketing posts but actual response time is abysmal). Scheduled for a service way ahead of time only to be told they scheduled for another date. We received a superficial apology after making time and spending energy to fit them in the original schedule. Poor value for money. read more

The cleaner they sent us was very unprofessional. She had a lot of passive aggressive complaints about what she was doing. She also had the audacity to pee in the bathroom of the master's bedroom. Now, she did her UNFINISHED work for 4 hrs and 5 minutes, this company asked us to pay for 5 hrs, they can't even give us a good enough reason why? AFTER all of this shit, they even ask their cleaner to go back to our house and confront us about the bad review we left in their Facebook account. Don't bother with these people. You'll just waste your time, there are better ones out there, while more expensive I'm sure it can't any worse than what we experienced. read more
