The property manager was nice and greeted us and I felt safe staying here especially since it was my first time in this country. They were close to a good bit of things so that was nice and convenient. We had no issues with other tenants. We all chipped in on the price to stay here and it really wasn't bad for what it was especially since it was short term. We had a nice stay but we also only stayed here for a couple of weeks.

They left our units empty for MONTHS.. I suspect if they're subletting it on the side for their own profit. When we let other agents market it we got tenants in DAYS or 1-2 weeks at same or higher rentals. Then for RPT payment. They charge a 1000php fee. They offer you a fee waiver if you post FAKE good reviews and remove your previous bad reviews about them. I told them I'd rather not save the 1k. Be wary of all the good reviews you see. Thirdly. They add NO VALUE as a property management service. They do inspections quarterly which they charge you for. The when they observe any damage etc. They don't ask the tenant to take responsibility and just dump the problem in your hands. The tenant speaks to me directly. And when the tenant makes rental payment every month, Kondo forwards me the same screenshot DAYS LATER. For what? Lastly. And this takes the cake. One of our tenants wanted to churn about 1 or 2 months before their contract was up. As usual Kondo didn't know and had no clue.. Tenant negotiated directly with us and we agreed to lower the rental rate to retain him. Kondo went to drop a "renewal letter" with the tenant. Tenant was surprised and confused, thought we already had an agreement. I told tenant to ignore kondo. Kondo had no follow up or negotiations or work done at all with the tenant other than dropping one letter. Now Kondo has the CHEEK to ask for commission for no work done. Absolute joke. Please avoid these leeches at all cost. They offer u small discounts for fake reviews, and ride on your efforts and do nothing much. You're better off managing yourself or just getting some good agents.

I am far too old to be wearing faded black jeans. Whenever I took/take black jeans to Ahyi, it remains black. The people at this location are very friendly. They try their best to be fair with their pricing. Since they have a minimum of one kilo, they are more than happy to add additional clothes to the bag, so that each type of cleaning has at least 1 kilo. In other words, they separate the hand washed, and machine washed clothing. While the employees were counting the amount and weight of pieces, they found 8 pesos of coins in my husband's pant pocket. They immediately gave the eight pesos to me. I need to say that my laundry no longer smells as nice. Before, you could definitely smell the Downy or fabric softener. I'm always tempted to have my laundry washed and hung, instead of washed and folded. Sometimes the shirts and pants are folded nicely. I never know if I'll end up with someone that is meticulous with their folding.

Armed just with a floor plan sketch and measurements for doors and windows I was able, with the help of sales people on the floor, to find and identify all the windows and doors for our soon to be built home. Hence, I just added my review to this location. I was referred to Wilcon by my contactor Madrigalejos Construction Services. Wilcon was one of the two places that Joseph Madrigalejos referred me to for bathroom and kitchen fixtures. I dealt with Adrian, who represents Grohe and Joseph, who represents Kohler. It took me a long time to decide what bathroom fixtures I wanted to purchase since the Grohe prices were much higher than the other brands. I ended up purchasing Grohe, instead of Kohler, only because Adrian was able to find something in stock that wasn't even being displayed, which was less than what was on display. The following week, it was time to change the kitchen faucet. Grohe had something on display, but the store didn't have it in stock. Adrian contacted me once they had it in stock. It was very convenient to just find Adrian because he is usually on the first floor by Grohe's display. He and another employee showed me what was within the box I ordered. Then, a different employee carried the item to the cashier. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I admire Adrian's customer service. He'll definitely be someone I'll be looking for if ever I need additional fixtures.

I've heard mixed reviews about BayanDSL. Some are like me who are satisfied, but some are very dissatisfied and always complain about how extremely slow their connection always is. I think it depends on the area. In my area, most of my neighbors use PLDT and maybe that's why my network isn't very congested. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service. They're not perfect. There were times when the system was down, but compared to a lot of my friends, I can't complain. I always got the speed that I wanted and it was never slower than promised. Whenever I had to get the modem replaced, they'd arrive rather promptly - more or less on the same day they said they would - which is admittedly rare in the Philippines. Customer service on the phone is also excellent. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable and helpful. I always get the problem solved.
