The engineering department of our building suggested having all our restrooms waterproofed. This…read moreentails having to remove the old tiles, waterproofing, and installation of new tiles. They suggested about 3 or 4 contractors. All of them gave me estimates for the aforementioned. A maintenance person stated that he knew an engineer that does good work. I asked the engineer to re-grout one shower stall. I saw that his employee did not remove all the old grout. He just placed new grout on top of the old grout. The engineers reasoning was because the employee could not remove the grout, because it was hard like cement. The engineer also stated that I would have to remove all the tiles anyways, so what he was doing was just temporary. I just wanted to see the workmanship of his employee. When I told my aunt what happened, she referred me to the contractor that built her house that was designed by Architect Antonio (one of the top ten architects in the Philippines). When I contacted Madrigalejos Construction Services, I was pleasantly surprised that he would be able to help me with my project. Joseph Madrigalejos was the only person that told me that I did not have to do waterproofing. He stated that I only had to re-grout my tiles with epoxy, and that should maintain a seal. He also told me that I did not have to remove the cracked tiles, because they could just fill the cracks with epoxy. I was elated when he told me that I did not have to remove the tiles that were slowly lifting off the walls. If I had to do that, I would have had to remove all the shower tiles, waterproof, and install new tiles. Instead, he could inject something in between the tiles and wall that would fill the gaps. Then, the shower stall would only have to be re-grouted. Since he saved me a nice amount of money, I asked him to change a toilet, bathroom fixtures, kitchen faucet and install bidets in all the restrooms. Finding an honest contractor is like having to find an honest mechanic. Once I find that special company, that is the only company that I'll be using. Madrigalejos Construction Services is the only company that I'll be referring people to if they need a handyman, plumber, electrician, or need someone to build their dream house.

What I love about True Value is that they are conveniently located in malls that I frequent, my favorite being Power Plant Mall, Rockwell. I don't have to make an extra stop just to buy one light bulb. Besides their location, I also love them because they have so much more than hardware/home supplies. They also have some appliances, cleaning tools, pet items and random home accessories like blinds, garden fixtures and even various plastic and glass containers. They also have a good selection of brands from local ones to rare American brands (particularly in the home cleaning department). I frequent True Value too much that my friends tease me that I spend more time there than I do at clothing or shoe stores... :) I actually think it's true!

Going inside the store is quite an overwhelming feeling though because there is literally so much stuff on display. Sometimes, I actually forget why I'm there in the first place and get side-tracked looking at something else I don't particularly need. It's best to go there with a goal in mind. If you're not entirely sure what it is you might really need, you can simply approach any of the sales attendants and they will point you to the right direction.

They left our units empty for MONTHS.. I suspect if they're subletting it on the side for their own profit. When we let other agents market it we got tenants in DAYS or 1-2 weeks at same or higher rentals. Then for RPT payment. They charge a 1000php fee. They offer you a fee waiver if you post FAKE good reviews and remove your previous bad reviews about them. I told them I'd rather not save the 1k. Be wary of all the good reviews you see. Thirdly. They add NO VALUE as a property management service. They do inspections quarterly which they charge you for. The when they observe any damage etc. They don't ask the tenant to take responsibility and just dump the problem in your hands. The tenant speaks to me directly. And when the tenant makes rental payment every month, Kondo forwards me the same screenshot DAYS LATER. For what? Lastly. And this takes the cake. One of our tenants wanted to churn about 1 or 2 months before their contract was up. As usual Kondo didn't know and had no clue.. Tenant negotiated directly with us and we agreed to lower the rental rate to retain him. Kondo went to drop a "renewal letter" with the tenant. Tenant was surprised and confused, thought we already had an agreement. I told tenant to ignore kondo. Kondo had no follow up or negotiations or work done at all with the tenant other than dropping one letter. Now Kondo has the CHEEK to ask for commission for no work done. Absolute joke. Please avoid these leeches at all cost. They offer u small discounts for fake reviews, and ride on your efforts and do nothing much. You're better off managing yourself or just getting some good agents.

The property manager was nice and greeted us and I felt safe staying here especially since it was my first time in this country. They were close to a good bit of things so that was nice and convenient. We had no issues with other tenants. We all chipped in on the price to stay here and it really wasn't bad for what it was especially since it was short term. We had a nice stay but we also only stayed here for a couple of weeks.

This review is based upon the service received with Amy and Gina. I contacted Connie at one of their store locations, but their store didn't have it in stock. I was referred to Amy, who handles the online shopping orders. Amy walked me through the process on a Saturday so that she would be able to handle everything on her end after I placed my online order. Since I needed my own as soon as possible, she was able to make sure that someone would be able to pick up the order on Monday. If I had contacted her earlier during the day, I would have been able to pick up the order on the same day. When the Lalamove driver arrived, Gina sent me pictures of the items that were being picked up, the driver, his license, and his vehicle's license plate. I was happy to receive all the pictures since I purchased Hansgrohe fixtures, which I was fearful of having delivered by a Lalamove motorcycle driver. Amy assured me that I shouldn't have a problem with the Lalamove motorcycle delivery. I haven't opened the boxes yet, but all the boxes looked intact. I am very thankful for Amy and Gina's patience and helpfulness. I now understand why Madrigalejos Construction Services referred me to Kuysen. Alphaland Makati Place is the newest addition to the upscale high-rise buildings sprouting in and…read morearound Barangay Bel-Air area. This residential, shopping, and leisure complex sits across The Columns in Malugay Street. It's also near One Central by Megaworld. Although the residential areas are yet to be completed, the exclusive leisure complex known as the City Club is already open for guests and members. Honestly, I haven't been to the City Club but I heard it's equipped with covered tennis and badminton courts, huge swimming pools, and other sports and fitness amenities. The part of Alphaland Makati Place that I have been to several times is the shopping and dining area. Although there are still many stores under construction, the ones that are presently open are good reason enough to visit the place. You can find shops like Rustan's Supermarket, Handyman Home Center, Generic Pharmacy, Dairy Queen, and National Bookstore. New and exciting restaurants to try are Akira, Burst, and OLIC. There's also Speakeasy, which is more of a drinking place or watering hole. If you like to while away your time there's a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf outlet at the ground floor and a tea place named Fiftea at the basement beside Rustan's Supermarket.
