She is an anxious traveler to begin with, but this was more than she could handle. If I hadn't found the wonderful people at Imperial Transportation, my mom would have had to sleep in the airport until the next shuttle in the morning. When I called Imperial to see if they might be able to help us, I spoke to Kamel. He was amazing and reassuring. I told him that my mom would not be able to manage her baggage by herself. He assured me that the driver would meet her at baggage claim to help her. I told him that her plane had already been delayed twice, and I asked, "If it got delayed again, would she be at risk for being stranded at the airport?" He said, "Absolutely not! Once a driver is booked and assigned, we track the flight and meet the client, whenever they land, guaranteed." Well, everything went as planned. My mom was greeted with a sign at baggage claim (she thought this was very fancy!), and she told me that the driver was simply wonderful; so kind and attentive, and that the car was very big, clean and impressive. So, I just want to give Imperial Transportation and their wonderful staff the biggest hug, for helping us manage what was a VERY Stressful day! If I couldn't be there to help my mom myself, I'm so grateful that Imperial Transportation was there! We highly recommend them.

As soon as I departed the plane I turned on my phone and the voice message indicator beeped. It was our driver, (Pabvlo? He was Greek so I am sure that is not how you spell his name. My apologies.), and he told me that he was aware of the early flight as he was tracking us and he was waiting for us at the baggage claim entrance. He was very pleasant and a good driver. He had my two year old's car seat ready and six year old's booster seat in the very clean black Lincoln Navigator (SUV). He took us to the grocery store for a quick pick-up before we went to our hotel. As we entered our hotel driveway he arranged a price quote, for a round trip, from one of the hotel's SUV drivers for an outing that we had planned the next evening. He confirmed that the price sounded fair. We appreciated that extra help. Our second driver, (Ash) arrived a little earlier than scheduled as per my request without any question. He too showed up in a very clean black Cadillac Escalade (SUV) with car seats at the ready. He got us to the airport safely and on time. Pricing for both of these trips was terrific. Approximately $78 including tip pre-paid. We tipped a little extra on top of the pre-paid amount to each driver for their exceptional service. But you won't have to and they don't expect it or pressure you to do so. We definitely recommend this company and it's drivers if you are in the Orlando area.

I received a confirmation that a driver would pick me up at the set time. When I needed to change the pick up time, that was easily accommodated. I received a confirmation text the night before my pick up. I received a text one hour prior to pick up and once the driver arrived. The driver John was able to use an iPad with my name on it to walk around the hotel area to find me and carry my luggage from there. The Cadillac Escalade was extremely clean and elegant.
