The valet parking is super convenient so you don't have to lug your belongings through the parking lot. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for the shuttle and they left with just me and one other person--other companies will wait up to 30 min for their shuttle to fill up! I had to ask him to repeat several times. He had a rude attitude with me the entire time. I told him I was at the pickup spot and he said they would be there in a few minutes. Well 20 minutes go by and they have not arrived. I called back and he was yelling at me that he didn't know I was there. Another 25 mins go by because I'm trying to be patient even though I know they are only located 7 minutes away from the airport and still no one shows. I called back a 3rd time. This time I reached a nice gentleman and he said his driver had been by there 3 times. The man sitting next to me had even been watching for the van and agreed that their driver has not been by there. Furthermore why would their driver just pass by and not actually pull in to the parking spot like all the other companies were doing?? He said he would get someone over to me. The new driver came quickly however he made me stand outside the van for almost 10 minutes waiting because he was worrying about his "Tips appreciated" sign staying on the back of the passenger seat to ensure I would see it when I got in. Once I arrived at my car, I asked the driver if I needed to go inside for anything. He said, "No you are good, you can leave through the gate." I pulled up to the gate and waited however no one opened it. I honked my horn and still no one opened it. After about 5 minutes I get out and walk to the office door. The man was at the desk hanging out with another coworker and says, "Oh yea the gate I got you". By this point I was very upset. It was 5am and raining. Not to mention when they parked my car upfront, they left the window all the way down and my seat and door was soaking wet in my car. Terrible experience and never again.
