I jumped on it early in December and snagged us appointments for January 3rd. Turns out, it was worth the wait! My massage therapist, Janine, was wonderful and my mom only spoke positively about her massage therapist, Hannah. I always know a massage is good when I fall asleep... and sure enough, I drifted off for a little spa nap. Mission accomplished! I also loved the quiet room and the showers afterward, which really extended the whole relaxation experience. While I've been to spas across the country with much more extravagant amenities, Woodhouse is a fantastic option for Buffalo. I have never felt so wonderful coming out of any massage therapy before. It's now two days later and I still feel phenomenal. I have chronic lower back pain and have worked for years with chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists. None have left me feeling as good as Michele has. I don't think the girl knew what she was doing…read more She was a bit young and when I was when I booked my appointment, I asked Mellissa what colors do they use . Melissa said brown or light brown whatever shade your eyebrows are or whatever you want, but when I got there and I laid down on the table, she said only thing she does is black. I said well OK . I then asked if my eyelashes are long enough for this ?she said "yes they are ". One hour later....once She gave me the mirror . absolutely nothing changed. Only thing different was she got black dye on my waterline on my top lid but none on the other lid my eyelashes did not curl. They didn't look any different. I mean, the did didn't even set in .. Maybe my eyelashes were oily ...She should've washed them out and I don't know but they did not make me pay for them so they're pretty good about that even the receptionist must have seen that it didn't take. The girl that was doing my eyelashes was not very friendly either.
