It's a mixed experience, which is why I give it the rating that it does, but by no means will I go to another location as this is probably the most convenient out of the locations that I've visited. It does seem like this location is pretty understaffed. Depending on the time of day, picking up a print order or dropping off an Amazon return can require a longer wait than you'd expect. However, customer service here is top notch. I don't ever leave having not felt helped or even welcomed. Staff do a great job despite the crowds they have to get through on short staffing. I will say one knock that I have is that sometimes our print orders do get fulfilled inaccurately, varying from missing lamination or misaligned prints or cuts. However, every time that we've raised the issue, we've been able to get a print replacement, just at the cost of some additional time.

I had to produce all the addresses by hand to get the cards out. Every time I called to get the status, I was told they were short-handed. There was no concern about my deadline. Even when I lived in Logan Square and had another UPS location that was much closer, I went out of my to use this Rittenhouse location because it was always more pleasant and efficient. I've been dropping off packages at this location for years, and I've always had a positive experience. My last visit for notary services was exceptional, and Jay went out of his way to make sure that we were able to complete the docs. This UPS store is a great asset to the neighborhood!

At the time of placing the order they told me it would take 2 weeks. They delivered the order with the website incorrect and I never got a chance to give a final approval before printing. They also never told me when they were coming, so they delivered it when the store was closed and no one was here. I also had a promo for 12 free shirts and they told me I had to come in person to redeem. I traveled from across the city to redeem the offer and they told me once getting there to email them. Total waste of gas. Overall it took about 4 months to get my order correct, oh and the 12 free shirts I was suppose to get when they first brought the light to me. I asked about a discount on the balance for the inconvenience and bad customer service and I was advised.. "Next time".. hahaha! Sir there won't be a next time. They also kept giving false stories and incorrect dates as far as when it would be complete. I know the stories were false because if I spoke to someone other than Shola.. they would tell me something different. Maybe that explains them changing locations and names.
