Great customer service. The staff is really helpful and patient with me, who is a newbie using their service. Everybody is welcomed warmly. I took one star down because I had to wait quite some time to get assistance. If you need something quick, this place will do it, but the printing quality is terrible. I've gotten two things printed there now, one looked like it used a crappy laser jet that made my piece look blurry and the colors were all so much darker. I'm positive it was not my own file. I needed a few quick same-day business cards so I decided to give them another shot because they were the only place that would do same-day and not 250+ business cards. They printed them on such flimsy paper, I can't even use it. They said they would print it on 100lb stock, but this looks like half that. There's no way I'm going to hand that flimsy piece of paper out. The salesman was also very pushy and was trying to get me to get more. The woman I spoke with there was very nice and thats the only reason I'm giving this more than one star. read more

I called ahead to find out what services were offered. I spoke to Ron who it appears owns the business. I asked specifically if I was able sit down at a computer and print a shipping label from my email. When I arrived I was told that I'd have to email the label as a PDF file to Ron and he'd print it. I wasn't certain what format the label was in and I was in a hurry. I told him I wasn't sure I knew how to change the format and he told me he cannot go into my email for me. That was the end of the conversation. He basically dismissed me and moved on to the next person. It felt a lot like being at the post office. Rude and dismissive. While I figured it out I won't go back to this business. If your business is printing stuff but you can't be bothered to be helpful or polite why bother. I've received customer service that was ten times better when I have printed things at the UPS store and it was cheaper. read more

The printers place was a great experience. The employees where very helpful and nice but there is one problem... the stock. I went here to buy custom fireworks that would spell my name " Rolando" in the air but they said they didn't sell that. I started screaming at them and they kicked me out. I was disappointed because I was going to ask my boyfriend Rolando to marry me but I couldn't. read more

I bought printable wedding invitations on Etsy and had them printed here. They came out absolutely gorgeous, and were ready within a day of me sending the file. The price was also very reasonable - I saved several hundred dollars off what I would have spent if I had bought invitations from Minted or another one of those sites. All in all I spent $272 total where I would have spent over $700 on Minted! Ron was great to work with and very quick to get back to my emails. I will be returning when it's time to print my menus and place cards. read more

Awful. Expensive. Dirty place: I didn't want to sit in their chair becuse it was gross. They did a mistake and they didn't apologise. They told me it was my fault because I didn't explain it in a good way. Probably it's correct, but it would be polite to apologize for the misunderstanding. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I REALLY did. In work for a small, locally operated company and in our search to find a LOCAL place to get all of our printing done (business cards, etc) we stumbled upon The Printer's Place. To spare everyone the dramatic, long and frustrating details, I will just add that I will never use their services again. I have spent around $100 extra on something that was not properly handled on their end to begin with, we've wasted time, paper, and everything else in between. Their customer service is lacking. They are not business savvy. Their fees are bogus. I haven't received my FINAL product yet and it was ordered a month ago. If you don't know what you're doing and you need any help at all, don't go here. They can't or maybe just won't help you. read more

I just got our wedding invitations printed at The Printer's Place, and it was a wonderful experience. Ron spent a huge amount of time, very, very patiently with me, over the course of weeks, with a lot of back and forth, before i even brought in any job-- advising and helping me get exactly what i wanted. His patience, kindness, generosity, and joy in what he's doing were a great pleasure to be around, and after all that i couldn't believe how little the job cost. Everybody there was lovely to interact with and seemed to be enjoying being there and to take pride in what they were doing. The invitations look beautiful!
