I view this market much as I do Lynn's Asian for the stereotypically oriental foodstuffs. I see the frozen bins, the coolers, the produce and the pantry items somewhat similarly arranged. I'm all about frequenting one of our four Indian restaurants in town, but I've never prepared Indian food (other than the times when I do use a nawabi meat masala powder on certain barbequed meats - but that's neither here nor there). While I can say this store has the basics of what you would need to cook an Indian dish (or similar). There are many authentic brands and spices that cannot be found in a local grocery store. There is an extremely small produce section and the produce didn't look fresh at all. In addition to the spices, there are teas, herbs, chutney's, rice, beans and an abundance of frozen items. Although "organized," the store has an extremely old feel to it that can sometimes be viewed as unclean. The gentleman behind the counter (likely the owner) was in his own little world having a videochat with someone possibly in his native language. He responded nicely when I asked him a question. I was the only customer in there and I gauged that this place is never high volume. I wouldn't knock this place off of the list, but it would not be my "go to."

I was asked by several associates if I needed help finding anything. I told one associate that I had heard about salted caramel Crown Royal and was curious. I didn't see any on the shelf with the other Crown Royals. She told me they didn't have any, but offered to call the other location to inquire if they had any.
