We had a large job with the new purchase of our home-- the yard and landscape had not had any attention in at least a decade and it was our plan to replace all of it! We knew that we would not be able to take on the entire job all at once....and would need to do it in stages. I contacted him about cutting my grass like a month ago, he gets back an entire week later and apologized. So I decided to give him another chance and contacted him yesterday about cutting my grass today and he said he could cut it. He called me today and I was busy at the time couldn't answer it. I text him and no response so unprofessional and he never came by today like he said he would. I believe he doesn't care about lower paying jobs like $50 and under because I have a small yard that he charges $45 for, but he shouldn't ignore his lower paying customers just because he might have gotten a bigger job somewhere else. Very unprofessional and very rude to ignore a past customer. Will never contact him again. Don't use his services.
