Unfortunately, I never received a response until much later. The only thing that seemed to happen promptly was collecting my copay. I've spent over $300 out of pocket, which is a significant amount for someone on a limited income. I do want to recognize the ladies at the front desk--they were always kind, helpful, and professional, and I truly appreciated them. About two weeks later, the nurse finally called me back. She was very nice and professional and let me know that my vitamin D level was low and that a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. However, the doctor had already told me this two weeks earlier and said he would call in the prescription, so I was disappointed that it took that long for it to happen. My biggest concern is that my original problem still hasn't been addressed. I'm continuing to have a burning pain in my leg, and I still don't have any answers about what's causing it or what the next steps are. While I appreciate the kindness of the front office staff and the professionalism of the nurse when she finally contacted me, the delays in communication and lack of follow-up have been frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

They both used the same MRI code! I used the same insurance!

The location at Piedmont Hospital never understands how to take blood, spin it down and give back serum. My last set of labs reported incorrect results prompting an emergency room request. I was recently there and Ms. Jasmine provided my service and it was excellent. The front desk was very nice as well and explained the paper work and the check-in kiosk was easy to use. Sometimes when people are sick they forget that there are others sick as well. Labcorps has policies like every other business. Don't be upset with them when they have to follow their company rules. It's their job to loose for doing something wrong not yours. Be kind and thoughtful and you will find they will reciplicate in turn. Shout out to the team there! Went in to get a drug test for a job, not only was the receptionist exceptionally rude, but she…read moreturned me away with a noncomittal answer and wasn't sure when I would be able to get the drug test done. I asked point blank if this location was open the next day. She said yes. I had a three day time window to perform this test. I returned the next day and the same receptionist told me to leave before I'd even opened my mouth. I explained my situation and she told me to call the nearest one two towns away. I tried to call the number on my drug test form and only got a bot with no chance of finding that particular branch. So now I lost a high paying job and am on my way to homelessness. I would give them a 0 if I could. Never have I received such horrible non service. I can't even really call it service. A total waste of time and this location is a total waste of space. Avoid if at all possible.

She took my paperwork and typed in my information, took my insurance information, and handed it back to me. With the same gloves on the whole time, then she proceeded to dig in the bin for what I hope is a clean needle. Draws the blood, and of course, she misses, then she moves to the other arm which I asked her not to do. Complete the draw and I walk out. She never even took her gloves off. She had 2 more pairs just sitting on the table. Not a clean or sterile practice. She is going to make someone sick or cause a bacterial infection
