The front office demanded I pay a co-pay that was paid the day of my procedure. Dr. Quadri's office has gone downhill from what it used to be and I no longer recommend them.

Additionally, 80% of the time we received no call-back after leaving a message with the call center. Also, if you'd like to see a doctor, this practice is not for you. It's an assembly line process where you'll quickly be assigned to a nurse practitioner and never see a doctor. But specifically regarding Dr. Shepherd, he told us that the problem is IBS, and that he see's half of the students at UGA, and they all have IBS (ignoring our case history and previous GI surgeries). He had diagnosed the problem and assigned us to a nurse before we ever saw him, and he never follow-up up on anything, even the recommendation of the pathologist. I know that it's hard to be a doctor, with big medical practices and insurance companies calling the shots, but he's accepted that he is a cog in the process and at this point he's just phoning it in. If you need a prescription, his nurse can probably write it, if you need medical care, keep looking, this is not the place and Dr. Shepherd is not the doctor.

They have other odd rules that cause you to pay too much money. The staff doesn't have the authority to change or adjust anything which is frustrating for everyone.
