This company found that there were several places under the shingles where no roofing felt paper was put down, tar was applied instead of replacing bad decking, and places were not nailed to a nailable surface (e.g not to code). When we talked to Knock on Wood he became irate and stated he wasn't coming out to replace plywood or to address the issues with the roof. I had to pay another company to fix the issue.
