I was given a vague window for a call-back/appointment of "maybe this afternoon.....maybe Friday.....maybe Monday or Tuesday". Seriously? Four days (not to mention the weekend in between)?!?! I thought, "okay.....based on the reviews, it's probably worth the wait". Never got the call back from them so moved on to Christian Roofing and Remodeling. Submitted a request online and had a call back the same morning with available appointments that afternoon or two afternoons later; both after 5:00pm, which I needed. I scheduled them for that day and Brent arrived on-time to take a look at our issues and give some feedback on a number of questions I had regarding our roof and future replacement. While there, he identified the source of the leaks and plugged them.....FREE of charge! Brent was exceptionally courteous, polite, and professional and went out of his way to take care of the known problems and look over the rest of our roof for any other leaks or damage. Obviously, they want my business when it comes time to replace our roof and they'll get the job on my rental property, too, when it comes time (in addition to finishing out our bonus room). The most important thing is that they WANTED my business and made the effort to get someone out same day, after hours, to assist with the immediate issue. Can't say the same for the other guys. Apparently, my job wasn't worth their time (in spite of all the 5-star reviews they have received). Couldn't be happier with the service from Christian Roofing and Remodeling and I HIGHLY recommend you choose them if trying to decide between the two "reputable", Watkinsville-based roofing and remodeling contractors. They spray for roaches, ants, termites, and more every three months. ($300 per year, or $75/quarter--and there's no interest charged if you pay in increments!) I called and the exterminator, a very friendly guy by the name of Elliott, came out ten minutes later! He told me all about the service I'd signed up for, what to do/who to call if the bees didn't go away (they don't do major wasp and bee spraying, just minor stuff), and more. He said that if I saw ants and roaches inside the house after Friday (after the outside spraying will have taken effect), I could call him and he'd come out and spray inside to get rid of 'em for good. The inside spray treatments are included in the price, so there's no surprise fee that jumps up if you suddenly find roaches snacking on your snacks. I'm impressed!

My insurance company had to come and inspected for them to replace it (they should have known not to place those tiles in the first place). Then they came to replace it and damage the wild animal guards I had around the roof and squirrels got in. When I started asking for compensation, we had a couple of emails and phone exchanges after which they stop responding....I'm still waiting for my compensation!!! Please use your money wisely, I thought if I spent more I would have better quality service and I ended up with damage and a contractor that has stopped responding to me or willing to compensate for damage and time.
