I tried loading their app and it says my Android phone isn't compatible. I guess I could have used a credit card to pre-load one of their cards, but I see that as an impediment to just coming in to dry my clothes. It looks like their rates increased as well. I called their number as they described for help. 24 hours later and still no response. This location has made it more difficult to do business. I'm going to go elsewhere.

She had opened the door to the dryer she was using and smoke was billowing out. Not steam, but smoke. The smoke began to get thick in the laundrymat so we opened both the front and back doors. It was that bad. The lady's clothes were literally being burned up in the dryer. She began to slowly pull out some of her garments and put them into one of the rolling carts. The stench was intense. Two or three of us called the number posted above the washing machines. About 30 minutes later, a person who identified himself as the owner arrived and came inside. As to this next part, again, if I have not heard this, I would not believe it. The owner actually had the nerve to claim the ladies clothes caught on fire because she was using the high setting on the dryer. He explained that it's important to read the labels on clothes so this doesn't happen. Even though this was a ridiculous statement, I piped in and asked if that was the case, then where are the warning signs about this danger posted in the laundry mat ? The owner immediately changed the subject and said all of the dryers were inspected a couple of weeks ago, and they were all just fine. Obviously, there was a serious problem with this particular dryer, but the owner did not want to take any responsibility whatsoever. Everybody in the laundry mat could've walked out, and just let the place burn up, but the owner did not seem to have any appreciation for that. I left my number with the lady and she reported back that the owner finally paid a reasonable amount of money for the destruction of her clothes. Perhaps the owner overheard me advising the lady on how small claims court works. Be careful if you do business at this laundromat.

BEWARE - STAY AWAY! Read the review. It's long but worth reading it!…read more I had the absolute worst experience in this place. A few days ago I took a suit jacket to get it dry cleaned and pressed. I picked it up, paid for their service, and came home. I took the jacket out of the bag and I noticed that the fabric had bubbled up all over. We took it back and the lady at the counter says that manufacturers now use some kind of glue to make suit jackets (or so she says) and that this could happen. There are no written signs in the store warning customers that this could happen and she never told me about this before the jacket got ruined. Anyway, she kept the jacket and said that she was going to try to fix it. A few days later, we went by to pick it up and the guy at the counter said that they could not fix it. I knew at that moment I was out a $450 suit jacket. I just know a place like this is not giving me a penny for my ruined jacket; but in top of that, they were charging me $6 for "trying to fix", (again, which is damage they know happens and don't warn their customers). I asked to speak to the manager because I was not going to pay that fee on top of what we originally paid, and the loss of the jacket. All I wanted was to get that $6 charge written off. The phone rings, the guy at the counter answers and hands me the phone; I answer and this lady starts SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER at me. I couldn't even get a word in. At this moment, I realized she thinks I'm asking her to get reimbursed for the actual jacket (which I never asked; I never could, even if I wanted). After what seemed to be 5 minutes of straight up HELL RISING YELLING, I waited for her to gasp for air (I assumed she would need it at some point), and I tell her that I wasn't looking for her to pay for the jacket, and that all I wanted was for the $6 to be written off. NOW, after all the yelling telling me I delayed her dinner, all the irrational anger, and disrespect, she admits that it was their error and that there should be no charge for a "re-do". Based on this experience, it is reasonable to believe that she doesn't respect her customers, that it's likely this has happened before, and that she has yelled at other customers. SO, MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY! I told her that she should tell customers BEFORE SHE RUIN THE CLOTHES, or at the very least to put a sign warning customers this could happen; but she refuse during our conversation. So, it is also reasonable to believe that she prefers to get paid (even if it could ruin the clothes), than warn her customers of what their service could do to her customers' clothes. If you drive by this place...KEEP ON DRIVING. The lesson? Don't trust your expensive clothes to angry people. You could be the next posting a review about all the yelling and ruined clothes.
