PayPal is of course the most prominent payment option on the Dicks app. Furthermore the store manager informed me that I should never use payment methods like PayPal or Apple Pay on the Dicks app. This didn't sound right to me so I left the store and started an online return, returning the goods by mail. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

For each shoe, he explained the core benefits and differences between each so I knew what to pay attention to as I walked around the store. He was supremely helpful and knowledgeable. And she did not offer to do anything to make a bad situation better. Very poor customer service in my opinion by Lauren who needs more training and emotional intelligence. They are almost rude and don't have a high level of customer service at all. The Keystone one is way better. I would add Academy to your list of places to visit if you're looking for a bicycle. Beyond bikes, Academy has lots of things for almost every sport or physical activity, it seems like.
