I've never been a serious runner, and I always bought shoes online or just randomly in stores without thinking of the features. Here, Gary helped me by first scanning my feet. He explained the result and brought three pairs of shoes they he recommended based on the scan. I tried them all and ended up getting one of them. I never knew how important it was to do a shoe fitting until now. Now that I ran in them, I'm so granted I went here and asked for help. It felt so much better. During quarantine times, I've been mostly sticking to businesses that offer curbside pick ups. I called Athletic Annex--on Thanksgiving weekend no less--and they were happy to answer my questions, take my order over the phone, and run it out to my car--with a giftcard payment even!! My order was correct, bagged up beautifully, and delivered to my car by a friendly, masked associate. And I was even able to take advantage of the Black Friday giftcard-with-purchase promo. Thank you, Athletic Annex for being a great local small business, and for keeping up the amazing customer service during these crazy times!

My daughter wanted a specific pair of Hoka sneakers for her birthday, and we were able to go into…read morethe store, locate them, request assistance with obtaining her size via the self-service kiosk and try them on without incident. The entire process went very smoothly. The gentleman who brought her size out from the stock room was kind and helpful. After trying them on and checking herself out in the mirror, we were off to the register. The check-out process was quick and easy. We were in and out before we knew it!

I had a very weird experience at Dicks yesterday. I went in to return items purchased online. I had…read moreproof of purchase in the form of a barcode label attached to the original packaging and a record of the purchase on the Dicks app. I was told that because I paid using PayPal the refund could only be made using a Dicks gift card. PayPal is of course the most prominent payment option on the Dicks app. Furthermore the store manager informed me that I should never use payment methods like PayPal or Apple Pay on the Dicks app. This didn't sound right to me so I left the store and started an online return, returning the goods by mail. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

This is a very busy Target location, but I have recently discovered that they have free curbside…read morepickup with no minimum order. It is very easy to order groceries or other merchandise online for curbside pickup. Usually I receive an email in less than an hour stating that my order is ready. There are more than 20 parking spaces reserved for pickup. Employees bring your order out quickly as soon as you park and check in on the app or email. I appreciate that there is no minimum order, as I often need just a few items. Other stores require $35 or more for free pickup. I do enjoy shopping inside occasionally when I have the time. But the curbside pickup is a very nice feature that I take of advantage of frequently. It is great that it is an actual grocery store too, that always has all the items I need. And the Target store brand items are really good too. I like some of their store brand groceries better than the name brands. My favorite hummus is Good and Gather, the store brand.

Lululemon has the best athletic wear you would want!…read more Located on the first floor of the fashion mall, this store is one of my favorites. Besides having comfortable and stylish workout clothes, the customer service in the store is amazing! At my last visit I walked in looking for a certain pair of leggings and the woman who worked with me was quick and efficient to meet my needs. Their apparel is high quality AND comfortable. You cannot beat that!! The offer styles for both men and women and even sell yoga mats and workout accessories. I also believe that the store host workout classes and yoga classes occasionally.
