If it wasn't for the therapy pool and the fact that it's practically across the street from us, we'd cancel our membership. Based on front desk alone. Absolutely awful. Equipment is subpar - they need mirrors in the weight section upstairs as well. WiFi is terrible as well if you plan to listen to anything on your phone while there too. The front desk though... man.. they're the worst.

I switched to this gym because of the following criteria: the gym hours of operation, the monthly costs, the distance of the gym from my house, the vartiety of exercise machines and the additional recovery options. The only thing I wish the gym had was some free weight bench presses. Great gym and manager. If you are considering switching gyms do so during the beginning of the new year with all of the annual promotions. Just don't come to my gym as I don't like waiting to work out!
