It is a time sensitive matter, and they refuse to email my records to the recruiter or myself. They will only allow traditional mail or pick-up (I now live in Florida). Even though there are no laws preventing email. Gailey Eye Clinic is more than decade behind the times with this. Given that you never know when you may need to get a copy of your records, I would recommend not using Gailey since if you need them in a timely manner, you'll be screwed.
