She then goes to tell me she will speak to him and call me back the next day. 4 days later, I call her to follow up. She then goes to tell me that services were performed and that I should be well aware who I am going to see and she doesn't care about my well being she only care to get paid. When I hears her say that, I froze. I told her she is very condescending and I wanted to speak with her supervisor. She told me the only other person I could speak to was g-do because she is the owner. She then went to hang up the phone on me. Which she was incapable of doing because I heard her having a conversation about going to boston and possibly Vegas because of her free stay at mirage. I'm applauded at the way this office treats their patients. I am honestly disgusted by this waste of a human being that calls herself a practice administrator. Dear Kathy, it's time to put a smile on your face. Your life can't really be that bad can it? It's sad that you need to take your misery out on others. First of all, he is a holistic doctor, so instead of just giving my prescriptions right away, he gave a suggestions on how to improve my health natural way. Second of all, he is not one of the boring doctors where you see the knowledge but no personal interest. He shows interest in you and shows he cares for you to get healthier. Under Alex's care, my arm got much better, and eventually, the pain is completely gone. I came back to Alex seven months ago, because of the pain in my left leg, and the left knee. Also, the pain in my neck was interfering with my sleep at night. Today, both my neck pain and my left leg have improved, and I can sleep soundly. Fifteen minutes later, I called again to let them know. Both times we got the answering machine. After another 10 mins, my husband called. He got the receptionist who told him that the phones had been so busy that they hadn't had time to check them. This seems a very poor and incredibly system given thats patients/pet parents are instructed to call when they arrive for an appointment! My daughter is very satisfied with the professional staff and their care of her dog...but their admin processes are in desperate need of review/reworking!

I had struggled for about a year and a half with an injured Achilles tendon accompanied by hip pain and other issues that resulted from the Achilles issue as well as inactivity from WFH for 18 mos. I had gone to so many practitioners trying to find relief. I received shockwave therapy, a cortisone shot, two MRIs, and an EMG to detect nerve damage - I spent so much time and money all to no avail, and then I met Denise. I was attracted to her practice because she promotes a holistic and a "Whole Body Approach" in her treatment methodology. From the first visit, I knew this would be a different experience than what I had been experiencing. Denise listened to my concerns and let me know what she thought was going on. She even brought out a poster of the entire musculoskeletal system and showed me which muscles were being affected and what needed to be done to correct and activate them. After just a few weeks, I noticed marked improvements and my movement was much improved. After two months, I was virtually pain-free and most importantly Denise gave me the tools to help myself. The exercises and education she provides really address the individual needs of her patients.
