In my case, that's being an amateur strongman and powerlifter. The photo was from my rotator cuff tear which Stadia and their PT fixed without surgery, and is stronger now than ever before. I had the opportunity to need them again 3 years later this week with hip pain. He did all the diagnostic exams and found nothing structural with my hip just an inflamed nerve.
