I visited the site on several occasions because I needed treatment - on each of those occasions the therapy staff seemed more focused on joking with each other than in attending to patients in the room. Effectively, I was left to stretch and do exercises on my own - I received better attention and aid from family at home. Front office staff were non-existent for the majority of the time (when waiting to schedule future appointments) and when I was able to find staff they were dismissive, as if I was interrupting them. Customer service was terrible. The facility was also outdated and with old and dirty equipment. I will never go back to 4 Oaks and would not recommend them. Wait times were always reasonable and I never had problems with billing or any other hassles like that. Dr. Dreese himself seemed like a nice guy. He took the time to explain my injury to me and was happy to answer any questions that I had. The support staff (x-ray techs, nurses, etc) were all very courteous and professional. Thankfully I didn't need surgery so I didn't get the "full experience" so to speak.

He immediately took picture of my affected side, which revealed I left side had tilled, which explained why I felt out of balance. A recent injury made me rethink my attitude that I could once again do the exercises at home without supervision. My husband has used Esterson Physical Therapy and I was glad I came to my senses. I was already familiar with several members of the staff and each is always professional, compassionate and empathetic. I recently met Dr. Nelson Almeida; working with him is Jasmine Soriano.
