He entered the room abruptly and defensively asked, "Why are you here?" because he had already read my MRI report. When we explained the referral to discuss a treatment plan for my herniated disc, he was dismissive and interrupted us, stating he could do nothing if we were seeking surgery. He then made a blanket assumption about my insurance, claiming Aetna would not cover surgery, without even knowing my specific policy details. While I have had excellent experiences within this practice with Dr. Adams, Dr. DeMarco, and Amy Holloway, Dr. Blam's rude, disrespectful demeanor left my husband and me completely stunned. I will not return to him and cannot recommend his care.

Wait times were always reasonable and I never had problems with billing or any other hassles like that. Dr. Dreese himself seemed like a nice guy. He took the time to explain my injury to me and was happy to answer any questions that I had. The support staff (x-ray techs, nurses, etc) were all very courteous and professional. Thankfully I didn't need surgery so I didn't get the "full experience" so to speak.

Standing or walking for more than 15-30 seconds was incredibly painful and I couldn't stand up straight. Had seen 3 physical therapists and 3 chiropractors over those 2.5 years and none knew what to make of my issue after several months of treatment.
