I started going to this PT office after having knee pain while I was training for my first half-marathon. I cannot recommend this office enough - I LOVE Martin and the rest of the staff. It's pretty ass-kicking but at the end it was so worth it. Martin is incredibly knowledgable and thorough, and at the same time pretty goofy and personable. I was prepared to be the typical person who went a couple of times, learned the exercises and then head off to the gym to do it myself. But, Theresa and the team are fantastic. She changed my opinion and helped me achieve my goals. I have full mobility and am working towards the strength training portion. She challenged me every visit and in about 2 months, I graduated. That should have been enough of a warning, that they were buying good reviews. I met with Kristie, who had recently attended a class on posture and alignment, and evidently was eager to put this to good use. I had gone in for a recurring should tip/back pain. Rather than treating with ultrasound, massage and TENS, and then adding in stretches as had previously worked wonderfully at my PT in PA, she decided it was all in my posture. Offering NONE of the traditional methods of healing, she gave me a photocopy of exercises to improve my posture. Now this might have been fine when the current issues settled down, but not as the first course of treatment. Also quite unpleasant, there is no privacy for initial meetings. Kristie did not have the professionalism to speak quietly about my medical history, and talked loudly enough for everyone else there to hear. I would avoid this place.
