I feel cheated by ATI…read more I have been called ATI to try to solve statement balance issue, but every time I call I get an answer that some associate will call me back in few days but it never happens. When I did my physical therapy section at ATI in Elgin, I was informed that I had to pay 5 UDS for each session, and the remaining balance will be paid by my health plan. Then few weeks later when all physical therapy section was already done, I got a more than 2000USD bill. I did many complains, but seems nobody at ATI is taking care of this.. This is more than basic or average chiropractic in that very expensive training and highly specialized tables were purchased in order to provide this amazing treatment. Let me say, the building is a beautifully maintained property and inside it is bright and very clean, yet not clinical feeling. Dr Wes and Dr Matt take a lot of pride in their facility and it shows. After a very thorough physical assessment treatment began. Dr Matt took his time and was very detailed in every step. The adjustments were quite precise and then, 'The Ring Dinger.' I was always in pain especially since not having a doctor to help with my pain for almost two years since I moved here. They are the worst of the worst of the worst dishonest, horrible unreliable. The place was dirty. It was a nasty nasty place including the bathroom, the tables, they didn't wipe things down.
