Never proven, but Diarrhea lasted 4 weeks until I got help from a gastro doctor. (2)Doctor never examined me. Sent me for X-Rays, never really explained results of X-Rays, just told me I would need injections in back, knee, neck. (3)When Diarrhea just happened to start after 1st injection in back, I told lady who answered phone to cancel my 2 outstanding appointments as it was awfully funny I started Diarrhea same day as I got 1st injection. Lady never argued that I was wrong thinking there was a connection. So that tells me this has happened before in another person. (4)NEVER go to this place. Find another doctor for help like I did and I am getting the results I need to get better.

She always takes as much time as needed to diagnose and set forth a plan of care. We decided that I will donate my body to a medical school to honor Dr Schneider. I have a good quality of life, due to this wonderful, caring and genius pain management physician. We wish she could find time to also be our primary care doctor as well. Dr Schneider is simply the best and we love her for what she has done for us.

I had previously tried other centers, including Drayer, where although the staff was friendly, I often felt like I was on my own--more like paying for "gym time" than receiving personalized care. At Smith & Prothero, the experience was entirely different. From start to finish, I received one-on-one, hands-on therapy tailored to my needs. They don't just hand you a list of exercises--they work with you throughout the entire session to ensure you're doing them correctly and progressing toward recovery. I had the pleasure of working with Rick, who was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in my progress. I have also worked with Laura and Willie( both amazing and very much hands on therapist). I can't recommend this place highly enough! You won't be disappointed!

However, after just 4 visits to ATI my doctor told me that i no longer needed to see him or get physical therapy because i had gained most of my mobility back and more than he expected. I attribute my rapid recover to the staff in this office and the work they performed on my arm. In addition, all of the staff are helpful, professional and very interested in patient recovery. My Physical Therapist was Tyler. He is absolutely terrific. Just wanted to give a shout out where it is truly deserved!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made an appointment for a concussion and spoke to…read moresomeone at ATI and a few people there went back and forth about whether or not they treated them. Eventually they said they did and asked me if I was having neck or back pain and I said no and they scheduled my appointment anyway. During my first appointment/evaluation the women/therapist, her name was Jai Taylor, she spent the majority of our session on the computer and then asked me if i had neck or back pain associated with the concussion and I said no and asked her if they treat that there and she said no they only treat concussions that have another injury associated with them like neck or back. Which I was confused because I very clearly scheduled a concussion only appointment and that is what my doctor wrote on my script and they kept asking me on the phone if I had any other issues associated with it like neck or back and i said no. At that point they probably should not have scheduled the appointment and not been so selfish and greedy and sent me to an actual concussion clinic that could handle my issues. Shame on them for not actually caring about patients but just trying to get the sale. At the end of my appointment when the therapist was done doing all that work on the computer she noticed I had a brace on my hand and I told her i jammed my thumb in my accident. She then proceeded to give me a couple quick exercises for my thumb something i did not ask for and was not there for that to be addressed. So I never went back because if they did not address my concussion and do one thing for it... NOT ONE THING, then what would be the purpose of going back. I was frustrated to say the least after my appointment. So they then had the nerve to bill my insurance and myself for doing nothing... kinda weird... i received a bill for the the co-pay of this fruitless appointment of $35 and my insurance was billed $469.47. WOW right, that's alot of money to not provided the service I requested or my doctor requested or that was in writing on my script. So I just called the ATI I went to in Aberdeen and was unfortuante to get the manager Tyler. I explained what happened and he went and spoke to the therapist and then came back to tell me that is not what happened, what i had just described to him. Which I am so curious Tyler, if my script said concussion, and I scheduled a concussion visit, why did Jai tell me they only treat other injuries such as neck and back that is associated with the concussion and not Post Concussion Syndrom. And if you are so keen to defend your therapist and be rude and cut me off and never even have the decency to utter the word "I'm sorry" when something doesn't go well in an appointment. Probably shouldn't be a manager Tyler because that is an important skill to have is not to exacerbate a situation and not be rude or condescending to customers. Also why wasn't one thing done for my concussion then? Did you ask Jai that? If you treat my case then why didn't she do anything for it in my visit. Did you stop and think about that Tyler? Jai did nothing that I doctor wrote on the script, what my doctor ordered or what I schedule my appointment for. She, you and ATI just wasted my time which is really crucial time right after a concussion which i could have spent at an actual concussion center, which is where i am now.... and not even an apology from the manager. Just rude and ignorance is what I received. I have filed a complaint with my insurance, Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield, I believe this would be classified as fraud and really really bad customer service by Jai and Tyler. That is a shame to not take care of human beings in there time of need and that would have been to just say "no we don't treat what you are looking for here" SIMPLE... Oh but that oh might dollar and greed... WOW Do BETTER ATI in Aberdeen, you are supposed to take care of people. And I hope that some other higher ups at ATI read this feedback and please look up my script and ask yourself if you treat what is written on my script... RIGHT the answer is NO ya don't! But your coy manager couldn't take a moment to think this through and was disgustingly rude and condescending and aggressive to me on the phone! Well done TYLER... you really botched that. You need loads of training dude, you could have turned that around but your skill set is lacking and now you get me documented what transpired for everyone to read.. GOOD GOING!!!!
