I feel as though I have to urge everyone that is considering seeing this doctor, if you care about your health at all PLEASE do not go here. During the year or so that I saw this doctor, he never once set me up on my MS maintenance medication, despite multiple requests. He also could be heard from the waiting room several times yelling at and belittling his staff, who for obvious reasons seemed to have a high turnover rate. Also, for every appointment I had, I was in the waiting room for a minimum of 30 minutes each time. There were also several times when they would call either the day before or even the day of my appointment saying they had to reschedule me. The last straw for me was after I left crying one day because of multiple attempts to have him fill out paperwork for me so that I could return to work after I had a seizure at work, and although he told me verbally that I was cleared to go back, it took me TWO MONTHS to have him fill out paperwork for my job to have saying that I could go back, basically I was days away from being let go because my short term disability had almost run out by the time he finally did it, and only after me calling every day for 2 weeks and then showing up in the office explaining my situation and how badly I needed it done (to which the miserable office manager said well I don't know what to tell you, you'll just have to wait). The doctor himself refused to speak with me face to face about it, and once I finally got the paperwork I needed I immediately set up an appointment with a different neurologist. Oh and by the way, regardless of me again calling many days in a row as well as my new doctor's office calling, they never sent my medical records to my new neurologist. Please do not go see this doctor if you're considering it.

He then came up with a regimen that completely addressed this problem. One huge benefit with Rob compared to trying to figure things out on your own or following online videos are that solutions you find online will typically be generic but Rob finds out what you need and tailors his recommendations, so that as you are starting to fix certain problems he adds additional exercises/stretches. The reason for this is that in the two years I have been seeing this doctor he has referred me to seven specialists, SEVEN! I am in my 20's and am relatively healthy so I feel like this is really excessive. A general practitioner needs to be able to handle general medical concerns, not just refer their patients to other practices for every little thing. He won't give me a prescription for birth control, or my other regular medications instead insisting on me having my gynecologist and other doctors prescribe them. I feel like anytime something is a little out of his comfort zone he's just so afraid of getting sued that he won't address the issue and instead just refers you to a different doctor. Also, the most recent time I was in his office I was concerned that I might be pregnant and asked him to administer a pregnancy test. He said no and told me to just take a home pregnancy test. It turned out that I WAS pregnant and as a result of him not testing me I didn't find out for sure for another 2 weeks. I feel like he was scared if I found out I was pregnant in his office he was going to have to deal with it and he didn't want anything to do with a pregnant woman. I still like this doctor and would recommend him to others but I wish he would be more confident in his abilities as a doctor and not be so scared of getting sued.

They offered me a comfy seat and some coffee , tea or water. The actual treatment was amazing. They are technology friendly by sending email remainders when you have a appointment so you won't forget. They made sure I was educated on what the whole process of we since I have never been seen by a chiropractor. Everyone was nice to the office staff to the medical assistant. even the manager explained the whole insurance process and made sure I had everything I need to submit to my car insurance. I've been seeing Dr. Loomis for over a year now for flare ups and for maintenance and I absolutely adore this team. Everyone is so nice and personable and it feels like family more than a doctor's office. Dr. Loomis is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his patients. I'll never forget I woke up on a Friday morning and couldn't turn my neck without extreme pain, I immediately called the office when they opened to see if I could get an appt. The whole team knows I am a fitness instructor and that that particular weekend we had a huge function going on. They fit me in that morning and I felt 100x better after. This team will never brush you off AND you never have a long wait time - IN office!
