Called Wed, they gave me an appointment for the next morning at 9:30am. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment, finally at 10:05 they finally looked at the sign-in sheet. Then they told me that I didn't have an appointment, only to find out that they booked it incorrectly for the previous day- that was early than the time I called. Once we figured that out, they told me that they wouldn't see me. I needed to go to Patient First or find time to see my regular doctor. I told them the nature of my appointment when i called- why didn't they tell me then they wouldn't see me. The part the REALLY made me mad was that they took a walk-in WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. Boo, what a mess. Maybe I dodged a bullet.

When I called they confirmed they closed at 6pm. When my son and I arrived there was no one in the waiting room, just two ladies behind the desk. I filled out my paperwork and then we were shown a room. We waited for about 15 minutes when a lady from the front desk walked in with a laptop. They had the doctor on a video call. I left and explained at no point did they tell me they were doing a video call. She stated, "Oh I thought we told you." No they did not. Called my insurance company immediately to let them know and to not refer anyone else to this facility.
