I made an appointment at the Elkton office. I was treated by the PA, never met Dr. Lee. I was…read moreinstructed to return for a follow up visit in 2 weeks. The receptionist failed to inform me that they are only in elkton on Mondays, so what do you think happened on my next visit? I show up at the elkton office . I called elkton and they were very apologetic and was able to get me in the Bel Air office with in an hour. Upon my arrival at the office everything went as normal I was called in the back after only waiting for 15 minutes, vital signs were taking and a bunch of standard questions. I had to wait to be seen by the PA, which wasn't a problem. I waited for 45 minutes only for him to enter the room in a disarray and act as if he didn't remember anything we discussed during my first visit. I thought that was one of the many reasons for computer documentation. Long story short. I ended up leaving the visit early and very upset. He left me in the room saying he'd be back. I could here him chatting a way with a male coworkers about something not pertaining to work as if I wasn't in the room waiting. Word of advice Dr. Lee, train your staff more effectively. You just lost me as a patient.

I called the Foot Center of Bel Air because I stepped on something and thought a piece of glass was stuck in my foot and was in pain. I was a previous patient of Dr. Nancy Norton. Our new insurance cards were mailed sometime in January, and because my wife is living in our Florida home in Sarasota, the cards were sent to her. I did not have the physical card with me in at our home in Bel Air. I thought that Dr. Norton would surely see me, a previous patient in pain, without the physical card. I had all of the info on the card, including my I.D. number. But, no, Dr. Norton would not see me without my card. I was shocked to say the least! Having been in private practice myself as a pediatric dentist for over thirty years, I would never turn away a patient in pain, regardless of insurance coverage.
