Bea is courteous, helpful, and has one of the most friendly and welcoming voices I've ever heard. She explained everything carefully, helped me get the forms I needed, made sure everything was filled out correctly, and just stayed on top of things expertly. My PT is Michele. This is the first time I have been able to get PT in my life. Michele explains things, she challenges me but she is friendly and really supportive. And she knows her stuff. My back was so bad I couldn't walk more than a few steps without pain. But doing the exercises as Michele taught me, and pushing myself a little more every visit, I am noticing improvements every week. I am definitely stronger and I am a lot more hopeful. If you have HMO insurance please communicate with your insurance provider prior to each visit because the system tends to somehow 'change your PCP'. If you stop in for a referral for a specialist, be sure they do not provide you with an expired referral number. Also be sure they don't overcharge you if you have a copay. Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. The office is bright, serenely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and felt very pampered and well taken care of. This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our session and even took advantage of getting additional saline to get extra hydrated for only $10 extra (it costs significantly more than that where I live). After being set up, Dr.Banfield gave us some privacy to relax and rejuvenate, checking in on us often to ensure we were ok. When we were done checking out and paying was very easy and quick. My daughter works full-time and goes to law school at night and not even 5mins after we left she told me how amazing and energized she felt and that she's convinced that this is something that she needs to do as part of her self-care...I couldn't agree more! The whole experience was professional, inviting/friendly, and custom-tailored.
