I have been blessed with the best team of PT Therapists! I have struggled for the past several months with an injury completely out of the norm, and they are fabulous!! I mean all the therapists including Christine and John whom I work directly with, but also Laurie the manager with her outstanding ability also to encourage us down our path of recovery along with Brenden who also adds laughter and humor that is much needed as part of the positive atmosphere needed for the healing process and makes you feel important even if they are not your personal therapists .. We can not forget the technicians that are genuinely a huge part of the team with encouragement and assistance with the excersises needed, that would be: Rhianna and Jessica.. I'm not out of the woods yet, but the confidence they have in me has helped to build my self-confidence to move forward. I know I'm in good hands and will continue to heal with their help.. I've been coming to ATI since Nov. 2018 for help with sciatica and bad knees. I was choosing between Athletico down the street and this ATI office. Picked ATI because of the warm welcome I received from receptionist and the branch manager, Tiffany, who became my therapist. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and explained what exercises I would be doing to help with my issues. She also gives excellent therapeutic massages in the affected areas for a nice amount of time! My sciatica pain has subsided with the workouts. In 2019, I had partial right knee replacement in July and left knee arthroscopic surgery in October. My recovery for my right knee is good and currently going through PT for left knee. Tiffany likes to take you to an "uncomfortable place" but it gets results! Shout out also to Lori who I see if Tiffany is not there...she has "magic fingers" also! I would highly recommend this location if you need PT services...you won't be sorry! read more

I have been coming here for Physical Therapy since January for a shoulder repair. Every time I am in here everyone is so personable. From the moment you walk through the doors and are greeted by the receptionist everyone knows you by your first name making you feel very welcome. I see different therapists because of the times and days of the week I come in because of my work schedule. Each one of them does an exceptional job. I feel without the service I am receiving here I might not have been able to return to work. Each Therapists adds value to my recovery process. I strongly suggest this ATI location to anyone in the area. The have exceeded my expectations and while doing that they have made recovering and physical therapy fun. From the receptionist, to the techs, to the therapists, all the way to the area manager it's a team environment with a welcoming atmosphere while having the patients best interests in mind. read more

If I could give zero I would. I went here to START PT... I was very one edge due to them being extremely adamant about paying. I have insurance and called prior to coming knowing what my portion is and so on. I met with Gerry for a EVALUATION.... To go over what we were going to do and so on. We NEVER left the consultation room. He then scheduled me right up with appointments. I even told him we'll see how you guys bill. I felt completely uneasy about going since they seem extremely money hungry. So I canceled ALL future appointments until I saw how they billed and I and soooooo glad I did. Not only did they incorrectly bill and label it to the insurance as a FULL therapy they have given me nothing but grief. I contacted my insurance bcbs and they stated my portion would be 67.00 for a evaluation not the 118.00 they are billing me for. So I contact the billing the number on the bill and this is where the circus begins.... They can't do anything... they take my "complaint" funny how they bill wrong and it's a complaint.... They have to formal send a email to multiple parties to then seek info on the services and such they then handle it to a case worker who then mini mange's it to the Manager of the location to mini mange the "therapist" and billing lady. This joke now has gone on 3 weeks with no resolution. I believe they are committing FRAUD. I even explained to the manger who called me if you take your car in for a oil change and then a month later you get a bill for services not provided... would you complain? YES you would. So if you want to be over charged. Lied to and just irritated go here. They have no real resolution just passing it around to people. And for the peanut gallery I was going to PT for my injury no lawsuits or anything so again I wasn't looking for hand out. The best outcome is they correct the billing and I will pay my PROPER portion. Until then they are total zeros in my book. After following Joselyn to this new location, I found that the entire staff at this location is as pleasant and professional as she is. Every therapist I have dealt with has a friendly manner and follow the instructions of the lead PT. They have a plan of action for each injury and case, making sure that the specific actions help to improve them. read more

I had micro disc surgery and ATI has really helped me strengthen my core/back and increase my flexibility. Dawn is my PT and I can't say enough about her - just awesome. I have been to other PT establishments and therapists and I have to say ATI is TOPS. ATI will ship you into shape and give you the tools you will need to "get better".
