It made a tremendous difference I have gone back several times to remain pain free from my physical job. Sometimes on a really bad day (lots of pain)I can just walk in and get taken care of. This summer I developed Bell's palsy on the right side of my face. I was diagnosed on a Wednesday. Saw Dr Robinson that Friday. She did several different types of treatments that day. I originally went for a tune up on my lower back. The first consultation was great and my back felt…read moreamazing. The original chiropractor George was able to correctly realign me. I signed up for the monthly service the same day and went back for nearly 3 months. The quality of care differed highly from each "doctor." I felt like I had to keep coming back more frequently to realign my back, even though I had been taking it easy. In December I checked out another health / wellness clinic in Naperville and they offered a free X ray right away to figure out the issue. It was a disc issue and then I was told more chiropractors should take an X ray before performing alignments. This was never offered at The Joint and I believe the alignments being done were not helping the disc area, but making it more agitated and enflamed. I called to cancel at 9:20AM on my renewal day and since they auto billed me at 6am, they won't refund the month of January even though none of the services were used at all. This location and most likely others are being managed by a person in another state and have been very difficult to communicate with via phone. Basic customer service would be to provide a good faith refund of the month for services not used to entice me to stay as a customer and for future referrals. 1/10 would not recommend.

The therapist (ATI) recommended by Hinsdale Orthopedics was totally incompetent but I was JUST getting my range of motion back and the MUA caused swelling putting me back to square one. Had he not done that, I would've gotten my ROM back. Insurance dropped me because I "wasn't making progress". I fell into deep depression as I was an extreme athlete and now I'm a cripple with a cane.

I requested an appointment online and received an email confirming my request at the Joliet location, and was called a few days later to set up an appointment. Then, the day before my appointment, I received a text asking for me to confirm my appointment all the way in Tinley Park! I obviously had to reschedule at the Naperville location but couldn't get in for nearly a month later. The receptionist at the Joliet ATI was SUPER helpful though and cancelled and rescheduled everything for me from this location. This was likely a computer error and not the fault of this specific location, but I wanted to warn anyone who received the same referral sheet as I did.
