Dr. Keaton really listens to you about your aches and pains and works to alleviate them.

Everyone here was great. I loved Dr Ram and her team. They listened to me and created a plan to resolve my issue. Highly recommend.

I give them a ZERO , went in person and made an appointment with Dr. Jason Ghodasra, MD . When I made the appointment I asked if they wanted my insurance info and was told "no" when I come for the appointment give it to them. I arrived for the appointment, handed the my ID and insurance, they than wanted me to give them a credit card to keep on file, I said no and the reception person said they should have told me when I made the appointment . I have gone to this Hinsdale Orthopedics location to see my surgeon quite a few times, as it is small and has much easier access than Silver Cross offices for this particular group. Nurses and assistants have always been professional, yet friendly, and my knee surgeon is the best. I have absolutely no issues with this facility. read more

Not bad overall. I have 2 concerns which is the reason for four stars. My first concern is that because I was involved in a motor vehicle accident I am suddenly getting solicitation from lawyers. Every time I arrive for an appointment I'm asked if I need a lawyer. I consistently tell them that I do not. They insist that they did not share my information leading to the bombardment of lawyer solicitation sent to my house. However, I can see no other reason why I would be getting these lawyer solicitations. The accident did not even happen in Illinois yet I've been getting letters from the lawyers wanting my business from Illinois. Seems to be too coincidental. My second concern has to deal with a certified letter. Specifically a notice of lien by the doctor. I've come to find out it is a copy of the letter sent to the insurance companies. It would be nice if they included a cover letter to explain this. Beyond this, the staff is friendly and the doctors are helpful and professional. read more

I was denied to be seen by the doctor today beause I would not leave a credit card on file. I have been a patient at Hinsdale Orthopaedics for over 8 years; I have never had a late payment nor has my insurance ever denied a claim. I had my knee replaced two years ago by one of the surgeons in the practice. As I checked into the Joliet office this morning, I wrote a check for my copay and the receptionist refused to take it. I was told I would not be able to see the doctor and that my appointment was cancelled. Apparently money drives this orthopaedic practice and not the health and wellness of patients. I dealt with identity theft in the past and am currently trying to remain digilent to keep my digital security safe. I don't want my credit card number in a system that can be compromised. I am flabergasted by this office policy and am currently looking for a new orthopaedic doctor. read more

If u care about your children or your health or recovery,, do not go to this medial Facility. Your child will simply be a number not a person. We have waited up to three hours to see the most arrogant doctor alive on our opinion, Dr. Burra. We normally wait at least an hour because clearly nobody's time is as important as his. It's gross. He could care less about our sons care, pain, recovery...even after two surgeries with Dr. Burra himself, he is still not healed. And the best part is his care wasn't even a priority. They waited and waited and it was 11 days after his MRI when I had to call to ask when they were going to call us...what I received was once again, pure patient neglect, rude staff and not one bit of ownership, in fact they made it so it was myself that was in the wrong for being upset. Not one care to get him in, a child. It's disgusting. DO NOT GO THERE and for sure avoid Dr. Burra and his awful physician assistants. Not worth a minute of anyone's time. Find a doctor who has some respect and gives a care for his patients, this one is not that person. read more

I absolutely loved my physician and my physical therapists. They did a fantastic job taking care of my knee. I have had my fair share of injury due to a very athletic job and these guys are among the best. I did have some billing issues however I believe we have gotten that taken care of. I will definitely use their services again. read more

My experience here has been so-so. On my first visit they took x-rays before I'd even spoken to a doctor which, in retrospect I should have declined until I'd spoken to a doctor since the dr never showed them to me or referred to them at all. I think it was just a ploy to bill the insurance more money. Dr Burgess is attentive and seems to be a good doctor overall so I don't have an issue with the medical treatment. On my second visit I waited over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor and on my third visit I waited 30 mins past my appointment time for a 5 min foot scan for custom inserts for my shoes. Once I pick up my inserts I'll be looking for a new doctor who places more value on the patient's time. read more

After multiple attempts to make an appointment, being put on hold multiple times, and being told I would get a call back, I recieved terrible customer service. NO appointment was ever made, and I never recieved a call back. I spent 6 hours calling them just to make an APPOINTMENT. I was reccommended this place by Saint Jospeh Medical Center. They should not be reccommended. They are unproffesional. Say their slogan is treating everyone like family. A very TERRIBLE expierience with the New Lenox location and Joliet. read more

The lady at the front desk with short blonde hair maybe some highlights with glasses that charges co pays, checks insurance is extremely rude!! and impatient she needs to learn how to talk to patients. Other then that staff is great and very friendly. read more

I would not go to Hinsdale Ortho. The office staff did not return my phone call and also did not follow through on asking the nurse my important medical question. The billing office charged me for a procedure for hundred of dollars that I did not even have done! I had to speak to a supervisor 3 times regarding the 3 total visits I had there and they still were not helpful. I have been a nurse for a long time and am aware of what is poor care. read more

I recently had rotator cuff surgery and bicep repair. I had a very big tear and this post surgery was the most painful recovery I have experienced. I heard from many people that this would be the case. Dr. Thorsness was an amazing surgeon. He is young and his education is impressive. With his expertise and awesome therapy at Athletico in Coal City, I was released from therapy 2 months early and I am pain free! (Only 4 months after my surgery)The staff at Hinsdale Orthopaedics are highly efficient. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I am greatly indebted to dr. Thorsness for my quick recovery. read more

I am always wary of a doctors office that requires you to put down a credit card for them to direct bill you. It is worse for those of us with flexible spending accounts. Now I have to do extra work. The office people seemed nice though I just would never go there again. read more

I have been to this office many times. I think the service from the physicians is fine. The reception staff is unfriendly and literally, robotic. On more than a few occasions, I have seen reception sigh or seem to become inpatient when dealing with people who are fumbling for paperwork, etc because they have wheelchairs, rollators, or cains and have balance issues. I end up trying to help. They need a lower counter and would it kill the staff to take a step out and ask the person to sit in a reception room chair while they take whatever paperwork or document that they require. I think it's a laziness and customer service issue. The reception staff needs some training. read more
