However, it would have been good to offer physical therapy as a way to possibly resolve my issues before just jumping to not one, but two surgeries, and then only to say that because of the surgeries my arthritis is now much much worse. Not happy with the outcome.

I was consistently made to feel that my pain was manufactured by the PA Alyssa (who needs to practice a little empathy) and Staff and come to find out there is a confirmed issue that needs surgery.
