I cannot say enough amazing things about Joint Pro Physical Therapy in Frankfort. After suffering an MCL sprain, I struggled for months to walk normally and with no pain. I had always been someone who loved hiking daily, riding my bike, and staying active, but over the past year I had to give up so many things I loved because of the pain and limitations. When my doctor finally referred me to physical therapy, I honestly wasn't sure it would work. But I committed to the process -- I went three times a week for a little over two months and followed all of my home exercises -- and the results have been life-changing. I saw my doctor yesterday, and she was amazed by my improvement. I can now ride my bike for an hour, walk for over an hour, and I'm reaching my goal of 10,000 steps a day on top of my bike rides! I still remember when a five-minute walk was painful, so being able to do the things I love again feels like a miracle. I have to give a very special thank you to Kim, who answered my first phone call and immediately showed the genuine care and compassion that sets this place apart. Her customer service and kindness made such an impression. I also want to thank my amazing therapists Josh, Angie, Joe, Colleen, Rae, and everyone else who helped me along the way (I apologize if I missed anyone or misspelled a name!). The entire team at Joint Pro is truly heaven-sent. I'm emotional just thinking about the difference they made in my life. When you can't walk without pain, you realize how much you take for granted -- and this team helped give me my freedom back. As a nurse myself, I always thought "nurses rock" , but I now have a whole new level of love and respect for physical therapists and the incredible impact they have on people's lives. I had physical therapy on my back from September 2023 to mid December 2023. I walked in in September and could hardly stand up, let alone lay on a table, but this wonderful group of people including , Kim, Colleen, Kaylene, Josh, and Joe took one look at me and went to work fixing me! I would recommend this group of selfless people to anyone that is hurting or has pain, because of their commitment to the people to make them feel better. It is really a great place to go to if you need physical therapy. I had the pleasure of working with Maggie. Everyone is so nice, friendly and very helpful. The front desk receptionist are so incredibly kind and sweet. They were able to get me an appointment the next day after calling. Best of the Best! JointPro was recommended to me by my doctor and I am very glad I took his recommendation! This wasn't my first time having PT (different issues) and I know first hand that not every physical therapist is the same, nor is every practice, but at JointPro I got the best PT and a first rate practice! They are a very dedicated and professional group that works hard to see that you recover fully from your injury or surgery. Started here in the midst of Covid, my first three months of therapy were done at home with YouTube. Felt I needed to work with professionals before it was too late, and having been here several years ago was able to come in. I worked primarily wish Josh, with other PT's filling in on occasion and I could not have been happier. I was shown exercises that I had not done on my own or may have done incorrectly. The team was excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone needing therapy. Because of the pandemic they are extra careful in ensuring that you are entering a safe environment. I cannot say enough good things about JointPro. I shattered my ankle and spent nearly 3 months off of my feet following surgery to implant a titanium plate. Needless to say, I lost nearly all of the muscle mass in that leg, and a tremendous amount of strength from my hip down to my foot. As a result, I spent nearly a year in Physical Therapy rebuilding my strength and learning the mechanics of walking all over again. I had never gone for Physical Therapy before, so I chose Joint Pro based on their close proximity to my home. I am so glad I picked them. From the moment I made my first appointment until my very last day there (nearly one year later), I never regretted my decision. I was evaluated by Josh, and my daily therapy was handled mainly by Colleen or Angie, or occasionally Carrie. I cannot say enough good things about all of them. They were assertive enough to make me push myself, but gentle enough to keep me within my pain tolerance threshold. With each week I would see and feel the difference that their therapy was making on my ability to walk, and they celebrated each milestone with me as I was able to graduate from crutches to cane to unassisted hobbling to normal walking. During each therapy session, I was always greeted by a friendly face at the reception counter. Angie & Sue at the front desk were always quick to answer any questions I had about billing or insurance, and it was a pleasure to deal with them for scheduling appointments. Another indispensable member of the Joint Pro team is Joe, who was quick and efficient handling heat/ice packs, electrical stim and an endless supply of great conversation while I would sit trapped under an ice pack at the end of each session!! With their help, I was able to complete a 5k (walking) on the 1 year anniversary of my break. I couldn't recommend this place more highly- if I could give it six stars I would do so. I had rotator cuff surgery at the end of September and by mid-January they had me back to 100%! Every person who worked with me- Josh, Angie, and Joe- did an awesome job. They pushed me but they listened to me, too, so i always felt comfortable. JointPro is the best place to go for physical therapy. I choose to come here after spraining my knee at work, and I am happy with my decision. The physical therapy team works with each and every patient in a specialized plan of exercises to get your strength back. Each PT and PTA is very knowledgeable about the correct form in each exercise. My favorite part of JointPro is a strong focus on each patient. The PTA you work with will be by your side step by step and always make you feel welcomed. After you finish your therapy, you are even given a complimentary gift! i have had a lot of experience with physical therapy centers and hospitals: [1] elbow injury from being tripped during a basketball game [2] rotar cuff surgery, [3] balance [4] minuscus tear rt. knee, [5] tendenitis,[6] disk fracture in the back due to a fall, and [7] for being in a hospital bed for 6 weeks (blood clots) 3 of which were in an induced coma; different hospitals spanning over several decades. the most recent was #7; therapy provided by jointpro in new lenox, il. i had a fall that resulted in a hairline fracture in the lower portion of my spine. at my age [70] it would take 12-14 weeks to heal -three sessions per week and the fracture is now fully healed. this was a great experience, excellent staff, well-trained and professional, attentive, and fun/intresting to talk to during the sessions. good staff, good experience, highly recommended. not knocking the other facilities, but jointpro is the place i would go to, should i ever require pt again. rich b`ham read more

I had a total reverse shoulder replacement in Jan. 2017. I started therapy at the JointPro New Lenox location right away. All of the staff were wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Michelle is great with answering questions not only about the shoulder therapy but some other joint issues as well. She and Amanda were also helpful in providing exercises I could do at home. They don't attempt to push beyond the individual's ability to perform certain movements. It's a very pleasant atmosphere where individual attention is always given. As a physical therapist myself, I can honestly say this is an amazing clinic. I had back surgery this past summer and decided to complete my rehab at Joint Pro. My injury was pretty significant and they helped guide me through the appropriate steps to fully regain my strength and sensation that was diminished after surgery. I was not supposed to move for a long time to allow for healing. I was a mess when I had to start therapy.
