Shortly after Hurricane Helene, we contacted Servpro of East Greenville County to assist with…read moreremediation of our home. Throughout the process Servpro has been responsive to our questions and concerns and helped with managing oor expectations. In particular, Cory and Dallas have been great to work with during this stressful time. I highly recommend Cory, Dallas, and the entire team at Servpro of East Greenville County.

**Not recommended**…read more Helene came on 09.27.24 and had a tree come through our roof and ceiling. Our insurance recommended we call ServePro. Called the corporate number and was attached to our local area. A nice gentleman name Kevin L. came out and ensured us that ServePro would be here from cleanup & mitigation, all the way through fixing the room back to its original state. We signed for work to begin. 2 young men came at 6:30p on Friday 10.04.24 to take down the wet ceiling/insulation and remove carpet and pad. They tore it out (without mask) and then proceeded to drag the insulation on a tarp through our carpeted areas. They left a lot of insulation behind in the hallway and stairs. They left at 8:30p and left the insulation on tarps in the yard and a tool was left behind. Next day they call to ask if tool was still there, and answered yes. Asked what was going to happen with the tarp of insulation on the lawn. They picked it up when they came for their tool. 2 days later someone shows up with the machine to pull water out. They leave it for 4 days then come and pick it up (room is at dry level). I ask about when they would be back to begin repair and the answer is "we are helping here for storm recovery and are from out of state, so we are not sure. I will send a message to the local team, but you should call them." 10.07.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Mia W. She stated they were way backed up with everything going on since the storm, but she would get a message over to the repair and construction team to call me back. No call. 10.10.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Mia. She stated sorry we are just having trouble with everything after the storm, but she would get a message over to the repair and construction team to call me back. And they will reach back out you. She confirmed her message went to them. No call. 10.14.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Mia. She stated she did not understand why the had not called but they were real busy with everything after the storm, she sent message again. She confirmed her message went to them. No call. 10.21.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Jonathan. He stated they were busy and would get message to repair and construction team to call me back. I told him this is the fourth call, and I am just trying to get on their schedule. No call. 10.28.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Mia. Told her how disappointed I was with this process and unable to get anyone to call back. Asked that manager (Brian or Jodi) call me back. I just need to get it on schedule to get it fixed. She would let them know to call me. No call. Never did anyone call me. The service promised by ServePro was not delivered, and I continue to have a large hole in ceiling during the cold evenings and upcoming winter months. They are a nationwide company and though this was not specifically a job begun by ServePro of East Greenville, they never responded to multiple request for a call back to begin restoration of our damaged home. As a nationwide company sending other representatives to the area to help out is a good thing. But not at the expense of not finishing the work in the local area, regardless of who began the work. The two ServePro entities should have been in communication to help the customer. 11.05.2024 bill for services came via USPS for total amount of $2,353.47. 11.07.2024 call from ServePro asking when payment would be made.
