They delivered it a second time and the damage was worse. I called and asked to speak with Ron, Sr. He would not return my call. I then tried to speak with Ron Jr who also would not return my call. I dealt with a very swest woman, Ida, who was the only one I could speak with. She tried but had no authority to help. The Owners of this business needed to accept responsibility for their mistakes and speak with both happy and unhappy customers. They should not hide behind their staff. That being said, not happy with the fact that two days after they provided the cleaning, this company appeared at the Greenville Home Show and offered a large discount for the service I paid full price. It would have been nice if they let us know a promotion was forthcoming but nope. Their representative at the show blew us off claiming there was nothing that could be done, phone center's in Atlanta etc.., I had even asked when making the appointment if any promotions were available and was told none were. Guess I'll have to ask in the future if I use this company again if they're planning to be at a home show soon.

Ductz was referred by my HVAC contractor for mold abatement. This month had Wade provide a proposal…read morefor cleaning and disinfecting HVAC ducts on both sides of our duplex rental. Wade explained the process and what options were available. Price was fair and we scheduled work in a weeks time. The structure was built 1947 and even though the HVAC systems were replaced twice since, the ducts were NEVER cleaned. They removed plenty of dust/soot/pollen and pet hair. The 2 techs were able to clean both sides in one day. I would recommend Ductz to anyone, there were zero problems, ducts/air handler are nicely clean and my tenants enjoy cleaner air.
