His inspection report includes video footage of cameras in the pipes, up the chimney, and good photos of every issue of concern that they identified--evidence of rodents, some odd wiring in the electrical panel, some missing insulation on some wiring, and a complete inspection of the roof and exterior finishes. I liked that he explained what sorts of issues were really important to have a licensed contractor address immediately, and those other issues that were just making us aware of the situation or might need to be addressed in the future. We paid Parker for a full inspection on a home in Tulsa…read more The sellers moved out and there were 4 weeks the house sat empty with no one using water, electric, gas, etc. The day we moved in their was NO HOT WATER. We had someone come to look at it, thinking it was just turned off somehow, and he noted in 10 seconds that the the tank was busted and would have to be replaced. From the rust buildup on the tank he agreed that it had to have been broken for quite a while. We reached out to Parker expecting them to agree that someone had failed their job and replace the tank. As expected, they used the month period to insist that "it was working when they inspected it but it busted later". Sure. CYA much? Know that, if you use these guys, they aren't really checking everything and, if you walk into a mess, it's on you to fix it.
