He literally threw kitchen towels on the floor. He removed items from closets and did not replace them. If you find out this company is coming to do an inspection on behalf of a potential buyer, please ask your realtor to request another inspector. If that's impossible, then take plenty of pictures ahead of time so you have proof of what your house looks like before he arrives.

His inspection report includes video footage of cameras in the pipes, up the chimney, and good photos of every issue of concern that they identified--evidence of rodents, some odd wiring in the electrical panel, some missing insulation on some wiring, and a complete inspection of the roof and exterior finishes. I liked that he explained what sorts of issues were really important to have a licensed contractor address immediately, and those other issues that were just making us aware of the situation or might need to be addressed in the future. Know what you are buying--get these guys to look at your house!

We paid Parker for a full inspection on a home in Tulsa…read more The sellers moved out and there were 4 weeks the house sat empty with no one using water, electric, gas, etc. The day we moved in their was NO HOT WATER. We had someone come to look at it, thinking it was just turned off somehow, and he noted in 10 seconds that the the tank was busted and would have to be replaced. From the rust buildup on the tank he agreed that it had to have been broken for quite a while. We reached out to Parker expecting them to agree that someone had failed their job and replace the tank. As expected, they used the month period to insist that "it was working when they inspected it but it busted later". Sure. CYA much? Know that, if you use these guys, they aren't really checking everything and, if you walk into a mess, it's on you to fix it.

Gateway mortgage company recommended Roger and CDR inspections to do a structural inspection of one…read moreof our rental properties before approving a refinance. He did not give it a pass, and suggested having nine piers installed around the perimeter of the house. After some due diligence, we discovered that Eden's had already installed piers in 2020, and we communicated this to Roger. He said he would not give the property an OK until the adjustments were made, so we had Edens come out and adjust the piers, as well as add three additional piers to another corner, per Roger's instructions. After completing all work, both we and Chris Padley from Gateway Mortgage have been emailing and contacting Roger for 6 weeks to do a final inspection so that we can move forward with our refinance, and he is disregarding all of our phone calls and emails. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences we have ever encountered. We are unable to move forward on our very important refinance until he signs off on this structural inspection. Our lender told us, "I am at a complete loss why he won't respond." Look elsewhere, Roger is not friendly and he's not willing to work with customers.

I hired Angel for a move, and unfortunately my leather sofa was damaged during the process. The…read moresofa was transported without any protective wrapping, and several other items were packed carelessly. After the damage occurred, I learned that Angel does not carry insurance to protect customer belongings while they are in his care, custody, and control - something that most professional movers provide. Angel offered a repair, but the information he provided about the repair shop could not be verified. The business name, address, and phone number did not match any legitimate listing. He referred me to a repair person, and I made four separate attempts to gather basic information -- one phone call and three follow-ups. During our initial call, the repairer became defensive when I asked for standard details such as his full name, before-and-after photos of similar leather repairs, or client references. He said he would send photos but never did. My follow-up messages went unanswered even after four attempts. At no point was l able to obtain credentials, a portfolio, references, or any verifiable proof that this individual was qualified to perform a leather repair. Without that information, I could not move forward with the repair option that was presented. Because I was unable to verify the repairer's qualifications and could not reach a credible resolution, l am now pursuing formal avenues for resolution. I'm sharing my experience so future customers can make informed decisions.
