He informed me they overcharged us several hundred for the palm and both trees were incorrectly planted, accelerating the loss. We reached out to TRIMEN hoping to get a refund for the trees only. They said no, it was likely our fault, and they would replace them at a minimally discounted rate. Be careful with these guys, we didn't do enough research to see they up charge about 20%. We had a local come in and fix their mistakes. Just be careful don't pay for the same job twice by using Trimen.
