I noticed that the Bad reviews were by women, and in my experience, a lot of women rely on Emotion rather than Fact in most cases. So I discounted their bad reviews and decided to give Affordable Sprinkler Services a call. I had no pressure in Zone #2 of my lawn sprinkler system. I called Affordable Sprinkler Services yesterday and expected to get Mark, the Owner, who is mentioned in a number of the reviews. A fellow named Nate answered and said he could come right out. Nate is prompt, very knowledgeable and tracked the problem right down to a bad solenoid in the valve box. He had the correct parts on the truck and replaced the bad valve on the spot. Nate also checked the sprinkler heads and found one that did not have a filter in it and he installed one. Quality service at a fair price. Instead, he performed the most thorough irrigation assessment I've ever had. He walked me through my entire system, explained how everything worked, showed me issues that had gone unnoticed for years, and educated me on why certain areas of my lawn struggled. He gave me options, answered every question, and all I can say is I have never in my life had anyone educate me this much on anything in my home! Just two days later they were here! Juan, Alex, and James were here to complete the installation. They worked incredibly hard, were professional, respectful, and left everything clean when they finished. This wasn't a quick patch job- look at the pictures. They upgraded my system, hand-dug trenches where needed, worked around large oak roots, and took the time to do everything the right way instead of the easy way. The results have been amazing. Take a look at my lawn- it is greener than it has been in years, and the problem areas I've battled are finally fixed. My old system was wasting water and they took the time to show me and explain it. They installed a new smart controller so I can manage my irrigation from my phone. NO WHERE on their site did it mention a FEE for an estimate. Rather than schedule on their site, I gave them a call to schedule the estimate & again, was NEVER TOLD about a fee for a cost estimate. So I scheduled for them to come out to provide me with one. 4 guys showed up & only one barely spoke English to communicate with. They provided the estimate & it was much higher than the other three I had. So, I declined their offer & thanked them for coming out. I was then handed a BILL for $80 for a service call- I refused to pay it & told them I would call the office to explain why I felt the fee was not warranted. After calling & speaking with the manager I believed it was all cleared up- BUT NO, I continued getting bills for $80 each month & called them each time saying why I am not paying it. Well now, I received a letter/bill from a collection agency for $90 (including INTEREST on the original $80 bill). HOW CRAZY IS THIS!!! Now I am disputing the bill with the agency. If they had been upfront on their website or over the phone stating there was a fee I would have NEVER had them come out. JUST BEWARE OF THEM & DON'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING- THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

He rerouted the piping from my pump to my water tank, relocated the pressure gauge to a better position and installed a fitting so that we can prime the water pump if needed. He was very knowledgeable, explained the process and the issues related to my galvanized water tank. He worked on it over two hours. His final invoice, parts prices and labor were very fair.
