He took a look broken nail and confidently told me it was 10mm, so I purchased the replacement he recommended. Turns out my setup was actually 14mm like I thought. When I called back, I was then told the shop doesn't even carry 14mm nails. So I was sold a part that was never capable of fitting my rig in the first place. So naturally I call in to see what can be done. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the first thing the manager did was argue and try to shift blame onto me. He asked whether I had opened the product, then immediately hid behind an "all sales are final" policy. If that's truly the policy, why would whether it was opened even matter? Any decent shop would have either verified the size properly or admitted they didn't have the correct replacement in stock. Poor customer service, poor product knowledge, and zero accountability. I won't be coming back.
