Do not buy your stuff here! No returns for defective goods.... Pretty much their policy is "Sorry for your bad luck" Vape shops are a dime a dozen so one would think that customer service would be an important part of the business model...maybe not here. Bought a top of the line tank, the best they had. Used it for 3 weeks and it started to just crap out, leaked, would no longer allow me to fill correctly and the ring that regulates air flow became loose. Not a big deal I think, 3 weeks old, I have the box and the receipt and I just want a new one...what could go wrong? Explain it to the kid at the counter; nice stoner guy, and he first says yeah it is bad....then he says since I have had it so long there was noting he could do; I whip out my 3 week old receipt then he tells me no returns, no exchanges. I have spent close to $400 here between vaporizers and accessories. Their prices are OK at best but I was willing to pay a bit more to support a neighborhood business. No more... read more

It was a rainy cold Monday night, and I finally decided to take my smoking habit into my own hands. I've been a pack a day smoker for a long time, and have wanted to transition to vape in order to eventually quit all together. The realization that tonight was the last night came to me 15 mins before EAV Smoke was suppose to close. I was waiting on to-go food around the corner, and decided to call to see if some poor soul would wait for me despite the late hour. I was lucky enough to talk to Thomas. He was totally fine with sticking around even though the shop should have been closed. He was so accommodating. I knew I wanted a vape, but didn't know the brands they carried. He talked to me about what he liked, and what might work for me. He gave me advice on oils, and let me smell test the ones I considered. The customer service was SUPERB! I apologized for keeping him late, but he never made me feel like a burden. It is very rude to come into any place mins before closing and expect to be seen. He went above and beyond for me. It wasn't my first time in the shop, but it solidified that I will always go there. Product: I purchased an eGo One Mini. As a first time buyer if feels like the perfect vape for me. Thomas taught me how to fill the cartridge, and helped me pick out the right oil for me. I've only used it for a day or two, but I am extremely happy with my purchase. It worked perfectly right out of the box. It hits hard enough to curb my cig craving, but the smell is so nice. Also, I love the color! I don't know what this other guy is talking about, but I bought a pretty expensive vape pen or E-cig, or whatever you want to call them. It was the second one I had purchased (one from the other shop right up the street, that was 50% more expensive and that shop posts that they don't accept returns) and when I got home, it would not charge or turn on, so I ran right back out and explained it to dude, even bringing in my banged up original one so he didn't think I was scamming him and he apologized profusely and immediately handed me a new one after showing me that it did indeed work. He actually laughed when I brought him my old one as proof that I didn't put that one in the new box, but appreciated that I was just trying to be honest. I have been there MULTIPLE times before and since, and whether it's a small ten dollar purchase or almost two hundred, they are equally as helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I went in today, in fact, and bought a pack of five coils... I go at least once a week for coils or liquid. They are great guys and I will never go anywhere else for my tobacco and vapor needs.
