5/23/25 Update (bad customer service):…read more We came back here once again as we are regulars here now. We came for the AYCE hot pot with our 3 year old as always. The Chinese lady waitress that has helped us before helped us today. She doesn't speak any English and doesn't ever acknowledge us. She didn't speak at all the entire time. I had to ask for tongs and crackers for the snow crab. She never bothered to check on us or fill my broth throughout while we were dining. We always tipped her and the staff well above 20%. The male Asian waiter didn't say anything to us as well and never checked on us. They might want to rethink their customer service and waiter skills and at least check on their customers especially their regulars. As always on a Friday night, there wasn't many other tables around. When we got our bill, my hands were full and I didn't check but apparently they never asked us how old are baby was and went ahead and charged him $10. Our 3 year old was always free here. By the time we paid and it was too late. The Chinese lady waitress was very rude when my wife was pulling out her cash tip and just stood there and waited for her to put the tip down. Never in our life, we had a waitresss stand there like that. My wife still gave us a more than generous tip as she definitely did not deserve it at all. They may want to retrain these employees as this really put a super sour experience. I don't plan on coming back for a long time if ever.

The tables are great, the decor is stylish, and everything feels well organized. The person who helped with my order was fantastic--knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and fast, all while keeping a warm, consistent smile. I'm definitely coming back to try more food--the ramen looked especially tempting! Not impressive with the containers but kudos to the paper cover.

I wanted a warm, lightly sweet drink for a walk I was doing nearby. Warm bubble tea is the sh*t!…read moreThis place is convenient to me in location, so I decided to take a shot. On the other side, I'm not sure it was worth it especially with all of the absolutely incredible bubble tea spots around ATL. First red flag: they couldn't make the drink I originally wanted hot or with less sugar. I'm assuming this is due to their process, which most likely involves a whole lot of powders and pre-mixed things that aren't made in-house. There were a lot of mix-ups with the ordering process for just one drink, which I'd likely attribute to training. I begrudgingly went with the Taro milk tea. In all of the confusion with the first drink, I forgot to order it with less sugar and quite literally almost fell out from the sugar rush. To be fair, the cashier did not ask about any customizations (other than M or L) as I'm familiar with them regularly doing at bubble tea cafes. I had already left by the time I realized it, and I definitely won't make that mistake again. The taro was definitely pure powder... an unnatural, red-purple color. Unbearably sweet! Ugh. Oh, do yourself a favor and order extra boba. They said the milk teas automatically come with it, so I didn't bother to ask for more. But I could have probably counted on my hand the amount of tapioca pearls that were in that drink. I swear I'm not a person obsessed with huge portions, but it was just disgraceful and completely undermined the fact it was bubble tea! My drink was in a hot cup which isn't transparent, so I didn't know there was barely any in there until I unexpectedly ate them all on the fifth sip (of a LARGE drink, by the way). Probably won't return unless I'm desperate for a tapioca pearl fix and don't feel like driving farther. Bubble Tea is in the name people! You'd think it'd be better quality. Cute interior though. No pictures were taken for the drink unfortunately -- I was lowkey frustrated with my visit and it was too cold outside at the time. Didn't even bother.

I was thrilled this opened in Marietta and it's one of my frequented places when I'm in that area…read more I have visited them almost since the week they opened, and owe them a Yelp review :) Recently, I went for a ramen (spicy tonkatsu) and not only was it big and served in a real, ceramic bowl (the way ramen should be served, which MANY places skimp on these days), there were several pieces of pork (more than other places) and very plentiful condiments in my bowl. I was pleased. I really like how they thinly slice the pork belly too, really bringing out the seared edges & fat. I always get the poke bowls too; you may 1 flat price based on how many proteins, and practically unlimited toppings. Always fresh and made in front of you. The bubble tea: they brew the teas, you just need to ask them which ones are brewed but I've always gone with either the Taichi original or Taichi green tea or the jasmine one. I like to get zero sugar and just get boba balls which are slightly sweetened. If you're Asian, that might hit the spot for you. 25-30% sweet is also available and that's not bad too. Lastly; this store has good seating options; there's a big section in front of the registers, and there's also a more private section on the other side. To date it never seems overly crowded or populated inside (surprisingly, considering the food is so good and consistent) ....so I'm usually able to eat in peace & quiet. Oh yea, they also have CUTE decor inside. There's random stuffed animals around the place. I really like this place and it's probably one of the places I actually go to "regularly" due to a very good intersection of healthy-food quality, price-value, and quantity.

Highly recommended gonna try them again for the Ramen!!!! DoorDash delivers again

He left and went to China with no warning for months, leaving his members hanging, with no one to train his classes. When I asked his wife for some compensation for the months when no one was training the classes she basically said I am out of luck and the classes are extremely expensive, being over $1,500 per year plus $50.00 to $100.00 additional when training for the higher levels. Not long after when the master returned from China, the Roswell location suffered a plumbing leak, closing it down and forcing members to train at a more distant Decatur location where one of the Master's students is training the class, with a very restrictive days and time schedule. The wife, who runs all the business operations, is easily the rudest, most disrespectful and greediest person I have ever met.
