This review is going to focus on the most recent work. 1) they responded immediately to my call and came onsite for quote within 48 hours 2) their estimates were communicated by email and were detailed and clear. I did have questions about the estimates and we resolved them before proceeding 3) they show up when they say they will. This is huge!! 4) they were straightforward with what they didn't do. The example is I was considering an epoxy floor which is a speciality. They said up front they didn't do it versus trying to wing it. (BTW They helped me come up with a great alternative). I could not be more happy with their services and highly recommend them.

Jackson Moore, the owner, was the only person out of three estimates to take the time to find the rare wood it would take to keep from replacing the whole downstairs; saving a lot of money. They did a fabulous job matching the new wood with the old wood. When the job was complete, you could not tell the new wood from the old. The whole floor looked new and still does. Recently we had a new oven installed and the workers scratched the floor. Moore came right out to repair the floor. Very satisfied with the service. We went with them because Mark Sharpe, our Project Manager was very inclusive with the estimate. All colors could be changed and he was very detailed in what he thought we needed in wood rot repair. To us, it seemed like the other estimates had wide variances in what could be added during the project. A couple of things did come up throughout the project that were impossible to see high up on the house and he kept up communication, showed us pictures and explained what we needed in great detail. The team worked diligently, they were polite, the products used were very high quality and you can tell they take great pride in their work.
