I asked Marvin to come over today to look at my aging garage opener. It would go up but only come partially down. It is such an old unit that it doesn't even have scanners on the sides!! I knew I couldn't fix it myself since I couldn't clean off the scanners or realign them. I thought for sure I would have to get a new garage opener. Marvin made an adjustment on the unit & sprayed the working parts with WD 40. It's now working & I can now wait until openers go on sale & then have Marvin put a new one on. Fantastic work! I chose Atlanta Garage Door Medic based solely on the Yelp reviews, and it was a wonderful decision. I initially called Mr. Milton because my garage door would not open. He came to my house as soon as he could that morning and repaired my door at a very reasonable cost. I asked for a quote for a new door because we have wanted one anyway. He said I didn't need a new door and did not try to sell me one. But I insisted since we wanted one to improve the curb appeal of our house. I add this detail just as a testament to Mr. Milton's integrity and honesty. In no way did he try to sell me something I didn't need! He came back a few days later and installed my new door (again at a great price). I can't say enough good things. All around great experience.
