Let me explain. We ordered a 4 panel door, it was supposed to be installed within 2 month. 4 months later, they installed a 3 PANEL DOOR! completely destroyed the flooring and oh yeah.... it was not what we ordered at all. When they finally did come back with the 4 panel door, the measurements were completely wrong, leaving wide gaps and a crooked look. This whole time, the owner referred me to his Attorney, his Attorney never responded. after 6 months, a subpar glass door was installed and within a month, the hardware on the door is coming loose. I wish I would have paid someone else double, just never to have encountered this halfway, DIY glass company that does not about there customer, does not honor their warranty and will leave you with more of a mess than you stated with. The expenses of fixing their failures will far outweigh any money you save. Do it right, our contractor choose this 'company' don't let them come near your project. I am mad at my contractor for even putting me in touch with them. I have additional videos of the lack of quality and workmanship and videos of the employees who literally just left one day. They were on an install and left, the owner called the next day to say they left because they were tired. Ummmm.... OK BBB Here I come.

Leonardo was able to do it, but from talking to him over the phone about what I was looking for and my budget, I was going to take a leap of faith and agreed to do all 3 of my showers with frameless glass. He told me not to worry, that his team was very proficient and let me tell you--from start to finish, this was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor (and I just renovated my entire house, and these bathrooms were the missing piece). True to his word, pricing that was quoted was what I was charged and very fair, workmanship excellent, his techs were courteous, professional, thorough, and cleaned up as they went. It was truly everything you want an experience to be with a contractor. I just wish I found him earlier since my GC had a handyman install my shower doors 5x's on 3 showers....I'm not kidding. My tile work had to be redone. I should have found Leonardo much earlier...you really do need a pro and custom glass for a lot of showers to get the look and quality you want. Extremely satisfied!!
