The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. The entire time the crews (Siding and Painting) were in my yard, I felt like angels were hovering. The Siding crew had beautiful, peaceful eyes. I rarely heard them talk but when I was able to hear them, they spoke quietly to each other. They worked from 8:30am to 7:30-8:30pm, cleaned up, then came back the next morning with the same amount of energy to work all day long. The Painters were amazing!!!!! I loved the Girl Power they had and the male leader that helped them along the way. They worked the same hours, 10-12 hours per day in the heat. The gutter crew did the work in 2 hours and it is beautiful and matches the paint perfectly. It is impossible to not like Mr. Dibble. Enock was gentle, encouraging, pastor-ly, and father-ly in the way he advised me. Dayana proactively communicated with me daily on EVERYthing. They paid attention to me and were totally trustworthy in whatever they advised me to do. We are thankful that we went through Lowe's and that Lowe's sent ABC. I can add only that ABC learn to be like McDonalds. HOPE was brave enough to tell me - lol. Be like McDonalds. They offer the add-on of a hot apple pie or drink and give the price without hesitation at the order box. They don't wait until you get to the pay window to hesitantly offer an add-on or the total price. They don't wait until you get to the pickup window, either. They do it at the order board. ABC should not be afraid to offer add-ons that Lowe's allows or they see are needed, right up front, so as not to have the customer getting the hesitation from several Customer service reps over several days when the project is finished. OTHERWISE, LOWE'S WAS PERFECT IN SENDING ABC AND I HAVE TOLD MANY, MANY, MANY PEOPLE TO USE LOWE'S FOR PROJECTS to be assured of getting people that can be trusted AND TO USE ABC FOR THEIR HOME REMODELING NEEDS. I LOVE ABC and all the people I dealt with there, including Mr. Jim Dibble (great man), Enock (gentle, wise, pastor-ly, fatherly, Supervisor), Dayana who communicated with me proactively almost daily, Ty, Stacie, Dusti, and Renaldo.
