We have had a problem with our bathroom tile (not installed by Giovann's) always appearing "dirty". No matter what we used, we could never seem to get the tile fully clean. The two staff members listened carefully and recommended using a product the store carried to clean the tile. They said to try it out and if it worked, they then would charge us for the cleaner. Wow! Really? Not charge us unless it worked? That is is truly rare customer service and trust! Well, their tile cleaner worked!!! And we were more than happy to pay them for it!
