After doing a search on Yelp and reading several reviews I decided on GF Lux. I gave them a call at 7pm expecting to get the voicemail but they picked up right away. The gentlemen was very friendly and walked me through the options and got it set up in just a few minutes. Shortly after I hung up the phone I got a confirmation email. My flight was about a week away and I received a few texts just confirming the date and time they would arrive. And the car (a shiny black Cadillac Escalade) arrived at exactly the time they said it would. Our driver was very pleasant and professional, handling our bags and opening doors. They also added so many fun extras that made the transportation part of the celebration memorable. The bridal party had a blast along the way. Mark captured some of our favorite pictures and moments in the process with the Bridal Party coming out of the hotel heading to the venue in their Wedding PJs & of the Bride & Groom getting out of the ASPEN Get-Away Limousine back at the Hamilton!! He also surprised us with the Mercedes Sprinter Van to take the "Early Guests" back at 8:30 PM, which was an UPGRADED experience special that he did for us at no extra cost!!! I decided to rent a limo service so that we could relax and just enjoy the evening. I called several places, read reviews etc. I called Mark and it was an instant connection and a knowing that he was the one to hire. He was outstanding!! He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and kind. We had some time to kill before the concert, he recommended a couple places to stop and get a drink or appetizer. We did just that, he joined us for the appetizers, we made it to our concert in plenty of time and when we came out, he was right there to bring us home. I had a wonderful, much needed night out and Mark was instrumental. I highly recommend him, and I will most definitely call him again! You cannot go wrong with Mark. Thank you again Mark!

I want to start by first saying that when it comes to customer interaction and the upfitting…read moreservice that ATL Sprinters provides they have high standards for quality and comport themselves professionally. However if you are a vendor providing a service for them, or working adjacent to them I would excercise caution. I've worked with them on multiple occasions for a period of two months and although we were off to a good start, poor communication and a lack of direction made my work with them increasingly more difficult as time went on. Most corporate clients I have worked with have quidelines that provide collaborators with a quantitative/qualitative metric for acheiving the companies goal, but that has not been the case with ATL Sprinters. Since they are smaller upstart I was willing to continue working with them, but this led to several redundant time consuming revisions to content I delivered. I created prep materials to confirm I was capturing what they wanted, but the owner never reviewed the materials and complained about what was delivered. After explaining that their approach was not sustainable, and submitted an invoice that reflected this. Despite the fact that I was already providing my services below market value they disputed every charge, requested multiple invoice revisions, and ultimately ceased all communication when I declined to provide any further labor without payment. To my knowledge I am the second vendor to work for them in this capacity, and based on my experience I can see why my predecessor may have decided not to continue working for them. My point in writing this is not to discourage other vendors from working with them, (my grievances are my own and may not be applicable to the service you provide) but more as a warning that if you take them on as a client these are potential issues you can face. TLDR - -Charge your full rate and kit rental -Make no informal agreements, get it all in writing. -Invoice them for everything, mileage, office visits, etc. -Be very clear about your role and if a they make a request work that falls even slightly outside of your purview do not oblige.
