All the grass had been sprayed with God knows what weed killer and it killed every single blade of grass in the yard. They continued to come out randomly (no set appt times monthly - nothing consistent) and continue spraying the very clearly dead yard. They charged us to aerate they yard (without consent) and only did part of the yard and tried to charge us the full amount even though we watched them on the cameras do not even half of the yard. Then after aerating they told us they could not seed the yard until the fall and to call back then. So October 2024 we called and called and called and no one ever came out to seed or aerate the yard again. We have called 20+ times trying to get someone out to see the devastation that is now our yard. We call almost daily and get passed around and told no one in management is available. Come February 2025 we finally get a manager on the phone and told him we need someone to come out and see what they have done to the yard and it needs to be fixed. After 3 weeks he comes and barely even looks at the yard- "takes a soil sample" and was going to let us know how to proceed once that came back. It is now the end of March 2025 and once again they are avoiding our calls and refusing to help repair the yard they DESTROYED. The branch Manager refusing to return our Calls is Jason Jahner from the Cumming, GA branch. We will now be proceeding with legal action. Attached are the before (green grass yard) and the after pictures (dirt and rock). Our yard was absolutely destroyed by TruGreen and is now just Pure dirt, rock, and desolate desert. We have ring camera footage to back up our claims. Workers are disrespectful of our property and do half a$$ work and charge you for the full yard when they barely touch 1/4 of it (also caught on camera) Huge Scam- avoid at ALL COSTS.

My boyfriend had bought a deal from Metro Mow-n-Go to have his yard aerated and to be seeded and fertilized, well the day come for this to be done, and he scheduled it in the morning so that he could take care of this and then head to work. Well, that morning, he hears from the owner, to "confirm" his appointment that day at 9:00 AM. Well come around 10:00, he is yet to hear from him, or see him pull up in his driveway, and of course, he isn't answering his cell phone. Well me being the little "ball of fire" that I am, tell him to give me the number so I can try, and when I call, the guy picks up and tells me it's MY FAULT that I waited around for him, because he wouldn't be over in our area till later that evening. So we are left thinking...."what's the point of an appointment, if you're just going to show up whenever the heck you want anyways"?!?!?! *Something to Ponder* Needless to say, it was a waste of our money, because my boyfriend ended up having to go to work, and has no idea what the guy came and did, and what kind of a job he did, because their was apparently no point in him trying to make an appointment to be there when the guy was coming. Their 'aeration' resembled an armadillo with an earthworm fetish, taking baseball sized chunks out of the earth in a couple spots and not much elsewhere. They promised 4lbs of seeds per 1000 sqft (up to 6000 sqft), but they seeded only 3lbs total for over 6000 sqft and told me not to expect good results. This place is a JOKE. AVOID! P.S. I'm not sure why they use a reservation system because they just came when they wanted (two weeks before my appointment time)!

Further, I had to remove 8 large hollies bushes and one large tree and 12 azaleas due to improper planting. One of my holly bushes bulb was a full 4 inches above ground and all plants removed were planted with just enough room to plant the bulb. No planting soil was used in my yard. This was a very frustrating experience and Pro Touch took zero responiblitly when these plants died in as short as 4 months on to 9 months. They claimed it was my fault due to lack of watering and drought, though I had over $600 water bills. Not very professional. I have since replanted my yard myself and it is doing well. I would really like about 12 grand back on what was lost to this company. Pro touch seems to be more concerned with making money instead of doing the job right. I would have taking very little effort on their part to have done the job correctly to begin with, but their short cuts cost me the money I paid them and all the money I waisted watering the plants and further, all the money I spent replacing and fixing their shotty work. They don't respond well to their shortcomings.
