The location is tucked away and a little difficult to find at first. When I walked through the doors, Brian greeted me, and I was the only one waiting for lab tests. Brian was pleasant and professional. He explained the process and lead me through every step along the way. The entire process took around 15 minutes. My appointment started a 9:15am and the technician was very friendly and she got my vein on the first try (that doesn't happen often). She is the only employee at this location so my advice is to make an appointment. There were several folks waiting for walk-in appointments. My advice would be to make an appointment so you're in and out without a long wait.

Even though the lady knew I was there first and the others said they didn't have appointments she took them first after taking longer at lunch. They weren't professional.
