I got a referral from my Primary Care Physician to Dr. Westerman, and he was able to get me in for an appointment withing a couple of days. He recommended both day and night sleep studies, and the office was able to get me in the very same night due to a cancellation. Upon my arrival that evening, the technician on duty explained to me exactly what was going to happen. As she got me all hooked up (there are lots of wires and LOTS of icky goop), she explained to me what each set was for and answered any questions that I had. She was standing by all night ready to help me out, and in the morning made sure that she came in and introduced me to the technician that she was turning over with. When Dr Westerman arrived for the day, he also stopped in to say hello and check in with me. During the day study, the day technician was awesome. She checked on me constantly, made sure I had everything I needed, and kept me in the loop on everything. Once everything was done, Dr Westerman met with me and talked me through the initial readings on my studies. When I came back in for my complete results, he took the time that I needed, and explained everything to me. Every visit I have had with him since has been the same. He did not seem concerned with time, and ensured that my questions were all fully answered before I left. I recently lost my job, and, therefore, my insurance. When I called the office to let them know and to ask about prescriptions, I was assured by the office staff that they would work with me to ensure that I would not be without care and medication during this down time. I was very impressed with their kindness. Dr Westerman is also an accomplished amateur photographer, with his photos donning the walls of many of the exam and consultation rooms in the offices. If nothing else, its a great conversation starter! Super, friendly, accommodating staff, and a Doctor who actually seems to CARE about his patients. What more could you want? I will recommend Dr Westerman to anyone looking for a sleep doctor.

The worst staff of any doctor's office belongs to the best doctor in all of Atlanta. I trust no doctor as much as I trust Dr Hasso, but getting past her staff is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much for me to deal with. This year I had 1 medical student but he wasn't very personable (didn't introduce himself, kept saying someone else was gonna come and finish and left the room 5 times but it was always him who came back). I waited for about 30 minutes (despite being the only patient when I arrived early for my appointment) before my visit started. But once it started it was very quick and the physical wasn't thorough but I'm young and healthy. One thing I really like is that they draw lots of labs to check your health status and I have access to the results online through my insurance. The location is great and there is free parking in the Apartment parking deck, just sign in with the concierge.

There are elevators available and plenty of parking in the open lot directly outside the building. DeMarco's assistant Shante is available by phone to make appointments or to get medication refills prescriptions. Upon arrival for your appointment, expect to wait 20-30 minutes. I always bring a book to read since most magazines in the waiting room are months old. The sign in sheet is available at the sign-in window which is built with sliding glass panes that are always kept closed and are tinted to be non-see through. How the staff know when a patient has arrived is anyone's guess. There is no bell or ringer to press and patients are warned not to tap on the non-see through glass. (for fear it will shatter? Or because the staff doesn't want to be disturbed?) Once you sign in and the staff acknowledge you, your records will be checked and any co-pay or changes in insurance will be taken/noted. After that you are in for the long haul, waiting until they call you. Once you are in the patient room, all goes smoothly and quickly. DeMarco comes in within 2 minutes of being in the room, carrying his laptop portable, digital medical records. Then the once-over check begins. After the initial baseline has been established, the more pressing matters (the reason why you are there) are addressed. Listening carefully, DeMarco addresses all concerns and gives his opinions as to how to remedy the illness. After this brief discussion, the visit is concluded satisfactorily and you are released! As a generalist, I can recommend Dr. DeMarco, but for anything serious or specialized you would be better off seeing the ER or a doctor who specializes in that specified medical area. But that is the definition of General Medicine, right?

The practice is run efficiently, which does contribute to a "get 'em in, move 'em along" feeling, but this efficiency also benefits you when it is your turn in the exam room or being worked up for your physical. Physicals are in two parts: One date for blood draw, EKG, BP, weight and x-ray, another date for doctor's hands-on exam, consultation and question and answer.

It's not easy to find a good doctor…read morethese days, so I am thrilled to have found Dr. Fredd Miller through a fellow doctor's recommendation. Dr. Miller is an anomaly in this day and age. He was personable, easygoing, and knowledgeable. But what really stands out is that he actually takes the time to talk to you as though you are his only patient. I never felt rushed in any way. I was initially perplexed at the set up for an annual exam since it entails two visits that are billed as one copay. However, it wound up being a great idea. On the first visit they take all of your labs so Dr. Miller is able to go over all of the results when he examines you on the second visit. This was much better than simply having a doctor call you to briefly go over your lab results, which is how many of my previous doctors have operated in the past. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. The online portal works well for viewing lab results and contacting Dr. Miller. He checks these emails multiple times a day and is easy to reach. The office is clean, modern, and conveniently located off Glenridge near the corner of Hammond Drive. There is plenty of parking available and the office is easy to find. All in all, if you're looking for a good PCP, Dr. Fredd Miller is definitely the right prescription!

He has a great…read morebedside manner and is overall a very down-to-earth doctor who listens to his patients and is very responsive. His staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE. The front desk person is extremely rude each and every time I call. His nurse is also a very nasty person. Each time I call (which isn't very often) each of them make you feel like you're asking for the world and that you've really put them out. It's to the point of being very uncomfortable to even call there. It's a shame because Dr. Organ really is awesome. He would do much better with a nicer staff. I'll continue to see Dr. Organ but will probably have to tell the ladies how I feel about them in order for them to smarten up. Sad that I'll have to do that but I will not be spoken to like I'm an idiot every time I call.

I've called the office over 10 times in the month that I was there. And not one returned call. But receptionist assure me AUDRI had gotten each message. MRI was done but never went over. Never met Dr. Puppala. Didn't talk to anyone about my problem. But was given appointments for TFESI what is that 2 one week apart. And as I scheduled for both they change the location after I had made arrangements for ride all 4 times.Just for them to cancel. But what really is something once again I failed another test.NO WAY. If they aren't contaminating the specimen there they are being contaminated at the lab. But I do know I don't abuse drugs never have never will. I take all my medicines the way they were prescribe. But from the beginning they tried pushing that SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR telling me the injection wouldn't do me any good mind you they schedule them. Then Ms. Audra tells me the doctor said will no longer write anymore pain meds if I don't do it. I've had 3 failed back surgeries. 12 surgeries on my body in all. Top it off I was given a referral the first visit to see a shrink. I found this out as I was checking out. She didn't mention it. Again she and since I never met the doctor. I ask and received a copy of my MRI. And notice that the contrast that they need to see in depth said the uneventful administration of intravenous contrast. WHAT? No one mention it and since it's the doctor job to go over imaging he never did. Never saw him. Never heard of such in all tests, MRIs, CTScans, Ultra sounds, Xrays and Blood work and believe me I've had plenty. Every doctor as always gone over every test but this one. And they make sure they give you weakest form of meds so you are in pain. Not everyone out here is abusing drugs or addicts. And I understand the Opiod epidemic. I know too many that has lost their lives. But I also know for myself after going through this for over 18yrs and have done and follow everything my doctors had advised. And as I read over my MRI and looking up the medical words I don't understand my back is in bad shape. I have everything that cries out pain. So he knows I not making up the pain I'm in And he also the meds that he prescribe went from a 8mg for 30 days to 4 then 2. To him I'm a dollar sign. And that Stimulater cost as much as one of my fusions. I don't want another cut on my body. Don't want anything implanted in my body that sends electric shock to my brain. And the cost that's another thing. BIG BUCKS. for doctors. I can't afford. And he don't have to write another pain script. He is right and I'll never go back again. And I will do my homework when choosing the next doctor.
