When purchasing gift cards, be aware because they have two to choose from. One card is for in store purchasing only and the other has access for online purchasing. Of course I received the in store only card. I love bright colored and printed scrubs. This particular Uniform advantage doesn't carry much of either. However, they had several sales which were right up my alley. The store had many scrub styles which was a plus. I am really loving the jogger style scubs so I bought a lot of those! There were several sales going on so I took advantage! They were worth the price! When I went to the counter, I found out that I went way over my card limit but Demytra took care of me! She was so patient and allowed me to look again so I could meet my budget and helped we with discounts. Demytra was helpful, friendly, and patient. She was the epitome of excellent customer service! I do recommend Uniform Advantage because quality of the scrubs but don't expect vibrant colors and quirky prints.

If you're in need of uniforms, you're much better off going to Uniform Advantage or ordering…read moreonline. Here's why: 1: Outlet is only in the name. Even though they're located in the outlet mall, there are no outlet prices! No sales. No discounts. Just MSRP and some kinda points. 2: No variety. When I visited, there was only 1 of each size for each style. Which brings me to 3... 3: I ended up placing an order for more scrubs. I figured 6 would be a good number, 3 of each style to switch it up a little bit but still be in dress code and not have to do laundry as often. I prepaid for my order and I was told my order would take about 8 days to arrive. I call back on day 9 to be told that my order was never placed because the warehouse inventory was low "and this means that the item MAY go on back order". I told her to place the order and asked her to contact me with an update. I then called last week to follow up and was told the order was then being placed. I called yesterday to confirm that the order was successfully placed (now 2 weeks in) only to get someone with a nasty attitude (I guess because she was busy talking to her friend in the shop about who they running into Charles the other day rather than workin to help a paying customer like me), who says, "no, the order wasn't placed because it wasn't time to order yet." At this point I feel like they're playing with me. Where is the communication? I wouldn't even care if there was good communication with appropriate updates. Just say something. At this point I just want my money back. Realizing that they most likely don't care, I'll still say it- I will never ship here again. I'll get scrubs from Temu before I do.
