I needed scrubs like yesterday so I begged my mom for a gift card for Christmas. We are both in the medical field so it wasn't hard to convince her. When purchasing gift cards, be aware because they have two to choose from. One card is for in store purchasing only and the other has access for online purchasing. Of course I received the in store only card. I love bright colored and printed scrubs. This particular Uniform advantage doesn't carry much of either. However, they had several sales which were right up my alley. The store had many scrub styles which was a plus. I am really loving the jogger style scubs so I bought a lot of those! There were several sales going on so I took advantage! They were worth the price! When I went to the counter, I found out that I went way over my card limit but Demytra took care of me! She was so patient and allowed me to look again so I could meet my budget and helped we with discounts. Demytra was helpful, friendly, and patient. She was the epitome of excellent customer service! I do recommend Uniform Advantage because quality of the scrubs but don't expect vibrant colors and quirky prints. read more

Visited Uniform Advantage because it's the only place in the area I knew of where I could buy scrubs for a pharmacy rotation. Went in, and sure enough they had multiple types of scrubs, different colors, styles (apparently there's a Grey's Anatomy style...if you're into that) and they also sell chef jackets/gear as well. You can buy scrubs in pieces instead of sets, and although their sizes run a little small, scrubs in general run a little larger than typical clothes, i.e. a large set of scrubs were almost too big for me. If they don't have the scrubs you need, there's good and bad news. They can place orders for you, but if you need them in a hurry, well, sorry, because it's going to take a few days for your order to come in. But if you plan ahead and know your size isn't common, that may not be a problem. The pieces I got, top and bottom, were $20 per piece ($40 total). I didn't know if that was expensive or not, but after wearing them for a week, I do like them, and they hold up well to a wash. Located in the revamped strip mall next to the even newer Walmart off of Church street, parking is no problem at all, as many of the stores in this strip aren't even open yet. There are multiple exits and the main exit has a light with turn signal, making it pretty simple to get out. Uniform Advantage had a banner sign, which I hope is temporary, because the wind blew it in such a way that it folded in on itself and you couldn't find the store unless you actually noticed the scrubs in the window. Customer service was okay, but weren't as helpful as I would have liked whenever I asked questions. I'd say more, but well, just check them out and see what you think. read more

This place is the worst. They are terribly inefficient with special orders and are overpriced. For the long story, see below: I had to get my scrubs here last year because my nursing school has a contract with this particular Uniform Advantage to embroider students' uniforms. It look more than six weeks to have two scrub tops embroidered, and I only got them after multiple calls and visits to inquire where my tops were (that I had already purchased). This happened with most of my other classmates as well - Some even started clinicals without the correct uniform because Uniform Advantage took more than eight weeks to have their tops embroidered. Furthermore, I bought a Littmann Classic II stethescope here for $96 and found out afterward that they're available on Amazon for $65. This place is overpriced and very poorly managed. After a decade in health care, I finally had to buy my own scrubs. (Thanks to all of my previous employers for giving them to me for free.) Was initially very overwhelmed by all of the selection, but one of the employees was SUPER sweet and helpful. She talked me through the different brands, pulled all the different sizes I needed, and actually pulled a set I hadn't thought of... and winner, winner, chicken dinner! She even cleaned up the HUGE mess I made trying on a couple dozen different scrubs. It has your nursing and chef needs. However, I find it to be quite pricey.. this is the only place I come to for my scrubs, but I do wish there was a better scrubs shop. People there are nice and help you out.. I love the guy who works there. Instead of just telling me where the things are, he actually helps me find them. They will even order stuff for you, but be careful, when ordering it took a month for them to get my stuff in, and when I went in, I found out that they had not even ordered the correct item :-( had to wait another a few weeks to get my scrubs! read more

Great selection of uniforms and always have a sale going on. If they don't have something you want in your size they will order it and have it shipped to the store for free within a week usually. If it's something you want but they don't carry specifically, they can usually order it and have it shipped to your house for a fee. Plus Wellstar employees get a discount! read more

There selection of men's and unisex scrubs is awful it only is about 1/16th of the store. I feel like someone should tell them that they are worn by almost everyone in the hospital not only nurses. The only selection I was about to find for my departments scrub color were all in xxl or xxs. Would probably not go here again unless I asked them to order some in my size or if they expanded their at least unisex section. read more

I visited the uniform advantage in Decatur and was so pleased with the customer service. These ladies really know their merchandise. The young that helped me asked several useful questions to find out what it was I needed before helping find what it was. Even though they were extremely busy, they still took the time to make sure I was finding everything ok. The new look of the store is amazing! Modern and chic. For the first time EVER, I've been able to walk in and find the color and size I needed without being told "oh we have to order it." The ladies behind the counter (I forgot their names) were very friendly and knowledgeable! I no longer have to drive 20 plus miles! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!!! you can find the exact same scrubs cheaper online and they have very limited selection there. Let's not forget they have HORRIBLE customer service especially Vanessa, one of the managers! I called to have an order tracked and Vanessa decides to put me on hold for 5 minutes then come back on the line and tell me she'll have to call me back that she has 2 customers in line... Come on!! I waited 3 weeks for an order that no one seemed to know when it would be in after each week telling me it would be at my house by that Friday. I cancelled that order and found the exact same thing online for a lot cheaper with a lot less hassle!! Such a trashy place! read more

I'm in disbelief that someone would say this place has helpful staff...I've NEVER had such terrible customer service at a store, especially for scrubs. The ONLY reason I can think that this store is still open is because of the close proximity to 2 hospitals in Atlanta. I asked if they had Dickies scrubs, to which they just replied "no" & stared at me. Ok...well can I order online & have them shipped here? "No, sorry we don't do that anymore.." Ok...I helped myself to about $200 worth of stuff only to walk up to the register & have them ignore me, then act as if I was a pain for them to pay attention to. I finally asked what was going on, why they were so "busy" & the store manager said they had a shipment going out soon. Ok, why is that my problem?? I'm a customer in your store & you have essentially ignored me the whole time. I will say this, their prices are pretty good. 15% off of already decent prices was worth the bad service, I suppose. Store was a hot mess, btw. Stuff (crap) EVERYWHERE & stock is crammed in so tight you can hardly shop it. Nowhere at all on the counter to lay your purchases down, that's how messy it was.
